When you enter, it feels just like a garage. Poor finishing. However, nice to have 2 showers. Upstairs is fine and nice with a balcony. Delivered clean. It is annoying to have to pick up the key elsewhere, and the car doesn't like the steep slope.

bad experience here no decent internet no cable TV (dvd player which takes half an hour to get working) no decent heating (side fires that don't work in some places) beds that creak with every move you make you can't roll down curtains or they fall off the only good thing here is the view.

Spacious and beautifully decorated, this holiday home felt like a true retreat. The proximity to the restaurants of La Roche-en-Ardenne made dining out easy and enjoyable.

Really a great house! We have stayed here for a week with a group of 8 people and it was a little tight within the dining table and the sofa was not for 8 people, but the veranda really makes the house top and the house would be nothing without that veranda . The sauna is very easy to use but for max. 3 people because otherwise it becomes too dangerous with the hot stove. The village is a 5 minute drive and is really great fun because a large castle can also be visited, but the supermarket is half an hour away because the spruce in the village is under renovation unfortunately ... so that was not indicated but made not so much per se. Apart from that, the beds slept great and each bed had its own socket to charge your phone or other devices.

The house is great to stay with a large group of people, especially with small children. The biggest problem we have encountered is that not all heating, cooker, kettle (in short electrical equipment) could be used at the same time because the plugs continued continuously. We called to the reception and to Belvilla, without success (it was during holidays) Personally, I also found it strange that the electricity should be measured, but perhaps this is more common in holiday homes. Furthermore, a deposit must be paid which I have not received back - now two weeks later - (it says that it can take a month)

In the winter, the reception could be closer to the holiday homes. We have to pick up the key kilometers in a hotel restaurant. It was a house for 8 people, in terms of bedrooms ok but if you have a few days with 8 people in the kitchen and the living room together is the space is limited.

Nice house with all voorzien.Voldoende toys for the kids.Sauna aanwezig.Only in our case, we did not get the fridge and the drawer of the dvd player did not open.The fridge was quickly resolved ... the dial of the thermostat was some stuck. Called the address where the key had to be. Within an hour there were people to fix things. Of course you are not waiting ... but not nagging ... it was solved.Any downsides are the € 75.00 for the final cleaning I found quite fors.Mede because I have seen enough places that could schoon.En that afterwards power still needs to be better ... That is logical ... but everything in the house is electric ... all stoves, the boiler ... That are still flow slurpers .... especially when it is freezing 11 degrees. And I think a boiler for an 8 person cottage is not practical ... This came down about 1.5 minutes of shower per person

The accommodation was clean and tidy. There were already some things broken on arrival, this was a shame. The cottage was very complete for the rest. The surroundings were beautiful and the village was within walking distance. You could also do things like canoeing in the neighborhood.

The arrival and hospitality is very neat and the people you receive speak English well. The cottage we stayed in is fine but can use a refreshment. There are enough toys in the house for children (we did not use because we were adults only). The surroundings are very beautiful. The location is a nice walk from the town. Here we looked at us. For the rest, the house is well equipped with everything that is present.

The ground floor felt a bit dull but the living space and the bedrooms above were very cozy. Downstairs we had plenty of space to put all the bikes in and work on the bikes. It was blessed to enjoy the setting sun on the terrace.

Beautiful surroundings, get a hiking trail and map with MTB routes at the Tourist Office in the La Roche shopping street and you can fill a few days.We had holiday home Venus 4, home of all conveniences, this cottage could be a bit more luxuriously furnished Than the other houses in the street. Many children's toys available, games, TV and DVD player and some good movies in the closet. The wooden terrace around the house showed signs of attack, but was still good for the owner to spend 1 to 2 years Some little point was that the apertures in the handrail were something big for a toddler (2 years) so we should have done something about it.

Despite the weather we enjoyed the weekend and the facilities offered by the house. Include a sauna and table football we used often. All perfectly arranged. Just a pity that the caretaker had been waiting for us, they thought that the site was that we had to get the key for 6 hours but there was for 8 hours so misunderstanding and irritation long. It is a very cozy cottage. We were 3 couples and the only pity is the 2 rooms with 2 beds 1 person, as a couple, this is not really pleasant when we + they sat upon each other put a huge space between the two beds. The lower floor was not as clean as the top. The bathrooms were also a minus, very small shower, little space. What was in order was the kitchen, well equipped and clean. The area is very quiet and a beautiful view. For hikers it was fine and we just enjoyed the peace.

We spent a weekend in the "venus" bungalows.Deze looked very neat, reception was well organized and books in the neighborhoods (all within walking distance from the center of La Roche.Voldoende activities wise to this before the travel all reserve). Only downside is the long wait for refund of deposit (minus the cost of electricity).

With six, parents, daughter and son with partners, in a fine house gezlellig long weekend in La Roche doorgebracht.Gelukkig was especially nice Sunday weer.Zaterdags with free tickets from the tourist with a minibus to Durbuy (beer festival) and Sundays over 4 hour hike on the Ardennes downside was that we Sundays to 8 hours of the house could genieten.Beter had been to maandagmiddag.Nu we had at 6 am sorting everything made ready for the journey back from 6 am to Groningen and Assen without the evening relaxing on the terrace by being able to spend.

We spent a weekend in the "venus" bungalows.Deze looked very neat, reception was well organized and books in the neighborhoods (all within walking distance from the center of La Roche.Voldoende activities wise to this before the travel all reserve). Only downside is the long wait for refund of deposit (minus the cost of electricity).

Had a nice weekend, smooth booking, too bad you have to set your alarm on Sunday morning because you have to leave the house before 10am, you pay on Sunday but you don't enjoy your holiday home.

It was the first time that our children and grandchildren dazzled on a long weekend in a cottage. We were pleasantly surprised by the many toys at our disposal was in the house. No problems with the children so! Everything was perfectly clean and the beds were excellent kwalitieit.

With six, parents, daughter and son with partners, in a fine house gezlellig long weekend in La Roche doorgebracht.Gelukkig was especially nice Sunday weer.Zaterdags with free tickets from the tourist with a minibus to Durbuy (beer festival) and Sundays over 4 hour hike on the Ardennes downside was that we Sundays to 8 hours of the house could genieten.Beter had been to maandagmiddag.Nu we had at 6 am sorting everything made ready for the journey back from 6 am to Groningen and Assen without the evening relaxing on the terrace by being able to spend.

It is a very cozy cottage. We were 3 couples and the only pity is the 2 rooms with 2 beds 1 person, as a couple, this is not really pleasant when we + they sat upon each other put a huge space between the two beds. The lower floor was not as clean as the top. The bathrooms were also a minus, very small shower, little space. What was in order was the kitchen, well equipped and clean. The area is very quiet and a beautiful view. For hikers it was fine and we just enjoyed the peace.

All perfectly arranged. Just a pity that the caretaker had been waiting for us, they thought that the site was that we had to get the key for 6 hours but there was for 8 hours so misunderstanding and irritation long. Despite the weather we enjoyed the weekend and the facilities offered by the house. Include a sauna and table football we used often. Beautiful surroundings, get a hiking trail and map with MTB routes at the Tourist Office in the La Roche shopping street and you can fill a few days.We had holiday home Venus 4, home of all conveniences, this cottage could be a bit more luxuriously furnished Than the other houses in the street. The arrival and hospitality is very neat and the people you receive speak English well. The cottage we stayed in is fine but can use a refreshment. There are enough toys in the house for children (we did not use because we were adults only). The surroundings are very beautiful. The location is a nice walk from the town. Here we looked at us. For the rest, the house is well equipped with everything that is present.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. There were already some things broken on arrival, this was a shame. The cottage was very complete for the rest. The surroundings were beautiful and the village was within walking distance. You could also do things like canoeing in the neighborhood.

Quiet location in the hills home. Everything was there. Bedrooms come down nicely but in a kind garage where the bathroom is. Nice terrace to sit in fine weather. Beautiful setting and centrally located to all kinds of places to visit.

In this park there are several chalets but no one suffers from the other residents. Chalets are very quiet and not far away from La Roche. Ideal as a base for walks.

Nice house with all voorzien.Voldoende toys for the kids.Sauna aanwezig.Only in our case, we did not get the fridge and the drawer of the dvd player did not open.The fridge was quickly resolved ... the dial of the thermostat was some stuck. Called the address where the key had to be. Within an hour there were people to fix things. Of course you are not waiting ... but not nagging ... it was solved.Any downsides are the € 75.00 for the final cleaning I found quite fors.Mede because I have seen enough places that could schoon.En that afterwards power still needs to be better ... That is logical ... but everything in the house is electric ... all stoves, the boiler ... That are still flow slurpers .... especially when it is freezing 11 degrees. And I think a boiler for an 8 person cottage is not practical ... This came down about 1.5 minutes of shower per person

In the winter, the reception could be closer to the holiday homes. We have to pick up the key kilometers in a hotel restaurant. It was a house for 8 people, in terms of bedrooms ok but if you have a few days with 8 people in the kitchen and the living room together is the space is limited.

The house is great to stay with a large group of people, especially with small children. The biggest problem we have encountered is that not all heating, cooker, kettle (in short electrical equipment) could be used at the same time because the plugs continued continuously. We called to the reception and to Belvilla, without success (it was during holidays) Personally, I also found it strange that the electricity should be measured, but perhaps this is more common in holiday homes. Furthermore, a deposit must be paid which I have not received back - now two weeks later - (it says that it can take a month)

Beautiful chalet, more than certainly met our wishes and expectations. Very clean on arrival, well-kept infrastructure, more than enough kitchen utensils. Quiet location, close to the forest, ideal for walks. The sauna is definitely a surplus .... a must

We have seven friends spent a long weekend in this house because we went biking around La Roche. This cottage is fine. Comfy beds, and fully equipped. Truly a must if you want just a house.

Really a great house! We have stayed here for a week with a group of 8 people and it was a little tight within the dining table and the sofa was not for 8 people, but the veranda really makes the house top and the house would be nothing without that veranda . The sauna is very easy to use but for max. 3 people because otherwise it becomes too dangerous with the hot stove. The village is a 5 minute drive and is really great fun because a large castle can also be visited, but the supermarket is half an hour away because the spruce in the village is under renovation unfortunately ... so that was not indicated but made not so much per se. Apart from that, the beds slept great and each bed had its own socket to charge your phone or other devices.

House was nice, the place too. Unfortunately the "new" neighbors who came over the weekend were very antisocial with absurdly loud music and not really open to reason. We therefore left earlier than we intended.

Great location, nice terrace and good beds, house was dirty and electric hobs were not all really hot. Extractor hood did not work, only after we removed our own fat did the grids open
