Left for home a day earlier due to a dead mouse in the couch, unpleasant smell in the house, mice that you hear gnawing and scurrying in the walls/ceiling, the house was very dirty, you couldn't find a single clean fork. 10,000 flies due to mouse odor. Toothpaste on the bathroom cabinets and trash from previous tenants was still in the bin. Daughter had flea bites all over her arm. The garden was very messy. Barbecue so black and the coals from the previous tenant were still in it. Absolutely not worth repeating.

When you arrive you do not expect this as "n nice house. Spacious, beautifully finished, great beds and it just feels right in this house. The area is also fine. Quiet village but plenty to do nearby. The only downside is that there is no garden, only a small (and oblique) courtyard, so be fenced and paved. for dog owners also a great house.

Only the best. We had a great experience and could rest from the daily life of the city. The hosts were extremely kind and ready to help with anything needed. We would like to recommend it to anyone who wants peace and quiet and an experience on a farm full of animals and beautiful dogs who kept us and our dog company.

On arrival we were kindly received. After a tour of the house we received the key. What a beautiful home! Fully equipped and very spacious. Immediately at the kitchen they have made a terrace and on the other side of the road a lawn where you can relax. A beautiful environment. Of course you have to drive a bit to see or do something but you are on the highway so most sights can be reached in 30-45 minutes. After 10 days it was over and the owner made a round with us through the house to see if we had forgotten anything and if something was broken. Neat and clear.

Very nice cottage in the middle of the Ardennes! The cottage is spacious, fully equipped and neat and clean. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you can cook for yourself. At the rear is an enclosed garden adjacent to the landlord's farmyard, at the front there is ample space to park. The landlord is very friendly and hospitable, very nice people! You can always go there with questions and you will be helped properly. For people who do not speak French, both sons offer a solution as English-speaking interpreters. In short, highly recommended for a quiet holiday in the middle of the Ardennes!

Beautiful house for 6 people + 2 children, lots of space and well laid out, though you would just pass the house when viewed from the outside. for 20 years we have had our hiking week somewhere in the Ardennes, but this house has been set far above the other houses by us all. very warm house (underfloor heating). One downside, too little household furniture, that is what I mean by the kitchen, that still needs to be worked on.

The cottage is not what we expected. But 2 very bad garden chairs. Lots of things broken in the house. Some photos of the garden were taken from a different angle so it looks like it is a very nice accommodation. Have bought a garden set myself because I got a pain in my back. We are used to Bel villa better because we have been going on holiday for years with Fortunately the weather is nice because otherwise we would only be in a closed space with our 2 French bulldogs.

It's a great house. We were received by the son, who speaks English. It was clean and good beds. Keep in mind that the sofa is low and is only for 4 people. There are enough dining room chairs. The billiards is nice, there is a snag in the sheet, but you don't notice it. There is 1 new cue and a few old ones that are broken. But at the decathlon you can buy yourself an extra one for 20 euros if you want. In the bedrooms you do not hear any noises and the complaints of the dogs: we have not heard them at all. The only drawback was that the contents of the kitchen cupboards were not clean. That turned out to be the dishwasher, which after cleaning it did well again and so everything was clean again. Really a great house for the money!!!!

The environment is not very exciting. There are forests in the area. For shopping you have to go to Bastogne or Luxembourg. We had a nice and peaceful holiday.

The layout and size of the house was perfect. Spacious living room, spacious kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a very nice house. There is not really a pleasant garden around the house. In general it is very quiet around the house, which is very nice. It is well situated for Luxembourg and Bastogne. You are not in the middle of the woods, so that is a bit of a drive. The hostess was a friendly lady, she showed us her farm. However, she does not speak English, so it is useful to speak a word of French.

Beautiful house for 6 people + 2 children, lots of space and well laid out, though you would just pass the house when viewed from the outside. for 20 years we have had our hiking week somewhere in the Ardennes, but this house has been set far above the other houses by us all. very warm house (underfloor heating). One downside, too little household furniture, that is what I mean by the kitchen, that still needs to be worked on.

It's a great house. We were received by the son, who speaks English. It was clean and good beds. Keep in mind that the sofa is low and is only for 4 people. There are enough dining room chairs. The billiards is nice, there is a snag in the sheet, but you don't notice it. There is 1 new cue and a few old ones that are broken. But at the decathlon you can buy yourself an extra one for 20 euros if you want. In the bedrooms you do not hear any noises and the complaints of the dogs: we have not heard them at all. The only drawback was that the contents of the kitchen cupboards were not clean. That turned out to be the dishwasher, which after cleaning it did well again and so everything was clean again. Really a great house for the money!!!!

Accomodation very good! We were kindly received. We had problems with the wifi, but the son of the house solved it. The owners were not aware of the requested bed linen, but that was no problem. The location is very close to motorway and a few km from Neufchateau.

Very friendly people, everything is as good as new (newly renovated with decent material) On arrival a more than full tour and operation of all appliances had been received. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you will find 2 supermarkets in Neufchateau at 5 min drive. All tourist attractions such as Hann's caves and Chateau de Bouillon, and Rochefort are within easy driving distance. Definitely recommended

Very beautiful house tastefully decorated, very spacious in all rooms. Top-of-the-range equipment: billiards table, large shower, spa bath, underfloor heating ... Quiet location despite the proximity to the highways. Beautiful walks in the surroundings. Close to Bastogne (23min) and the Luxembourg border. The hamlet is made up of a few farms and villas. In terms of shops, commercial zoning and supermarkets, 15 min by car. Extremely friendly owners (neighbors) who will listen to you while remaining discreet. Very nice, spacious holiday home in which nothing is missing. From the kitchen to the bathroom, everything is taken care of. Good beds, a wonderful bath and, last but not least, a real pool table for the necessary hours of fun. We were here with our 15maand old daughter and the grandparents, the house was ideal and quite a bit of luxury. If I had to give a downside it might be for kids who only steps and dogs the patio, no grass just angled pavement that do not really is.In Neufchateau plain not much to see but broth, Bastogne, La Roche, Saint Hubert is sure do it. Zoos and fun museums' s close.

2 families arrived, we were greeted very chaleureusement.Le house is brand new, volumes are spacious and combine modern design with the traditional structure of the adjoining farm (exposed stone walls and beams) Some youth details remain outstanding but nothing "insurmountable when the goal is only to enjoy the quiet surroundings.

The cottage is not what we expected. But 2 very bad garden chairs. Lots of things broken in the house. Some photos of the garden were taken from a different angle so it looks like it is a very nice accommodation. Have bought a garden set myself because I got a pain in my back. We are used to Bel villa better because we have been going on holiday for years with Fortunately the weather is nice because otherwise we would only be in a closed space with our 2 French bulldogs.

On arrival we were kindly received. After a tour of the house we received the key. What a beautiful home! Fully equipped and very spacious. Immediately at the kitchen they have made a terrace and on the other side of the road a lawn where you can relax. A beautiful environment. Of course you have to drive a bit to see or do something but you are on the highway so most sights can be reached in 30-45 minutes. After 10 days it was over and the owner made a round with us through the house to see if we had forgotten anything and if something was broken. Neat and clear.

We had a super pleasant stay (4 adults, 3 children and 1 dog). Very spacious holiday home, everything is there. Friendly people. Maybe a tip for the owner: fly window for the large window at the back. The billiards table was a nice extra. We recommend this property!

This house has everything. 2 bathrooms, large bedrooms, a bubble bath, ... a plus was the pool table really beautiful because we had bad weather. TV could be slightly larger and possibly digital, but otherwise - no downsides to this house. The owner Emile was also very helpful. A winner!

Only the best. We had a great experience and could rest from the daily life of the city. The hosts were extremely kind and ready to help with anything needed. We would like to recommend it to anyone who wants peace and quiet and an experience on a farm full of animals and beautiful dogs who kept us and our dog company.

And we would love to come back again to repeat our experience!!!

2 families arrived, we were greeted very chaleureusement.Le house is brand new, volumes are spacious and combine modern design with the traditional structure of the adjoining farm (exposed stone walls and beams) Some youth details remain outstanding but nothing "insurmountable when the goal is only to enjoy the quiet surroundings.

We have 2 families stayed at this beautiful house. The house is very spacious and equipped with really equipped. The owner has a farm and is very welcoming. even allowed to drive any horse. Highly recommended for those looking for relaxation in luxury

When you arrive you do not expect this as "n nice house. Spacious, beautifully finished, great beds and it just feels right in this house. The area is also fine. Quiet village but plenty to do nearby. The only downside is that there is no garden, only a small (and oblique) courtyard, so be fenced and paved. for dog owners also a great house.

Accomodation very good! We were kindly received. We had problems with the wifi, but the son of the house solved it. The owners were not aware of the requested bed linen, but that was no problem. The location is very close to motorway and a few km from Neufchateau.

The layout and size of the house was perfect. Spacious living room, spacious kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a very nice house. There is not really a pleasant garden around the house. In general it is very quiet around the house, which is very nice. It is well situated for Luxembourg and Bastogne. You are not in the middle of the woods, so that is a bit of a drive. The hostess was a friendly lady, she showed us her farm. However, she does not speak English, so it is useful to speak a word of French.

What a sweet lady who owns. Beautiful house, beautiful light and spacious. Good sanitation. Adjacent to a farm with cows, pigs and puppies. Hills in the Ardennes gorgeous as ever.

The house is very neat and clean. The welcome is French and somewhat businesslike. Furthermore, friendly. The rooms are spacious .. The kitchen has everything you need. The environment is not very exciting. There are forests in the area. For shopping you have to go to Bastogne or Luxembourg. We had a nice and peaceful holiday.

On arrival we were kindly received. After a tour of the house we received the key. What a beautiful home! Fully equipped and very spacious. Immediately at the kitchen they have made a terrace and on the other side of the road a lawn where you can relax. A beautiful environment. Of course you have to drive a bit to see or do something but you are on the highway so most sights can be reached in 30-45 minutes. After 10 days it was over and the owner made a round with us through the house to see if we had forgotten anything and if something was broken. Neat and clear.

Beautiful house for 6 people + 2 children, lots of space and well laid out, though you would just pass the house when viewed from the outside. for 20 years we have had our hiking week somewhere in the Ardennes, but this house has been set far above the other houses by us all. very warm house (underfloor heating). One downside, too little household furniture, that is what I mean by the kitchen, that still needs to be worked on.

We were kindly received. It is a spacious house with various bedrooms. It looked like staples. In the living room was a pool table that served as a dining table, this was very nice. In the area we could walk wonderfully. For other trips you needed the car.

Very friendly people, everything is as good as new (newly renovated with decent material) On arrival a more than full tour and operation of all appliances had been received. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you will find 2 supermarkets in Neufchateau at 5 min drive. All tourist attractions such as Hann's caves and Chateau de Bouillon, and Rochefort are within easy driving distance. Definitely recommended

Very nice, spacious holiday home in which nothing is missing. From the kitchen to the bathroom, everything is taken care of. Good beds, a wonderful bath and, last but not least, a real pool table for the necessary hours of fun. You are actually short of time in the house alone ... and then you also have to do some of the environment!

Spacious, clean house. Very nice bathroom and good kitchen appliances. The kitchen equipment is a bit less, limited and worn pans supply.The mattresses are very soft, which did not benefit the night's sleep.The billiard table is present and in good condition.Maybe worth mentioning, many stray dogs in the area, but very good rascals.

We were here with our 15maand old daughter and the grandparents, the house was ideal and quite a bit of luxury. If I had to give a downside it might be for kids who only steps and dogs the patio, no grass just angled pavement that do not really is.In Neufchateau plain not much to see but broth, Bastogne, La Roche, Saint Hubert is sure do it. Zoos and fun museums' s close.

Spacious and well-furnished holiday home. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool table. The area is also quiet and suitable for hiking and mountain biking. Owner of the holiday home is very friendly. Shopping can be done in the Spar in Neufchateau, at +/- 7km. This shop is also open in the morning on Sundays and public holidays.

Very beautiful house tastefully decorated, very spacious in all rooms. Top-of-the-range equipment: billiards table, large shower, spa bath, underfloor heating ... Quiet location despite the proximity to the highways. Beautiful walks in the surroundings. Close to Bastogne (23min) and the Luxembourg border. The hamlet is made up of a few farms and villas. In terms of shops, commercial zoning and supermarkets, 15 min by car. Extremely friendly owners (neighbors) who will listen to you while remaining discreet. Furnishing, beds, kitchen, bathrooms and toilets are fine. The 2 benches really need to be replaced. In terms of description, it MUST be better. After reading the story, we really got the idea that there was a garden. A garden ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE. now a main N-road ran between the house and the garden. Dangerous with small children! The house looks fine. Clean. But the garden that is on the other side of the road. The terrace is only stone. The owners' dogs have been whining for an hour every night (that really wakes you up).. The owner knocked on our window yesterday evening, so we wanted to go and have a look but then it was not there .. We will not recommend this
