Had a wonderful weekend in this fantastic house with a lot of history. Nice to meet such a proud owner. We enjoyed the BBQ and slept well in the great beds. Beautifully centrally located in the Ardennes for trips to the High Fens or the Bayehon waterfall.

The advantages are the house and the garden. The surroundings are green and one can walk and cycle there. It is convenient to have a car for grocery shopping. There is a bus connection available in the village. About a fifteen-minute drive away, there is a town where all amenities are available, such as a supermarket and a gas station. Disadvantages are the noise from truck traffic throughout the day and also at night. Heavy trucks with wood that drive very fast. The house is situated in such a way that you cannot see the trucks coming. I find the road very dangerous for children.

Beautiful home. Two spacious rooms on the first floor. On the second floor 2 more spacious rooms and a slightly smaller room. Suitable for 10 people. With a quiet garden at the back. Well located on a busy road. From the house directly into the woods or meadows for a walk. Beautiful signposted walks. Close to Vielsalm (5km) which is a nice town to visit and a nice lake to walk around. Friendly host. Always willing to make sure that everything runs smoothly. He also has a restaurant nearby: "La ferme de la reine des Prés": HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU want to eat good value for money. We will definitely go back.

So perfect layout with the 3 badkamer.Veel beautiful forests in the area, because of hunting season was much warned. A walk starts on the other side of the road. Despite being on a big road, pretty quiet. We were there at the weekend.

We also found the ample inventory, including sufficient crockery and garden furniture. House was neat schoon.Enkele small hiccups;- No empty storage space in the kitchen to store food.-Sitting area too small for 10 people and not comfortable due to sagging sofas.-Living room is very dark and lighting is therefore too poor.-There is no space to store garbage. Will be collected once a week, full bags must be kept at home. A large outdoor bucket or small shed would be useful.

Beautiful house, right on the site indicated. Everything is provided, even gourmets. We were with 3 families we had the upstairs for us alone. Each family had its own toilet and bathroom which is a plus. Had a very nice weekend in a TOP house. Disadvantage is on a road that is quickly driven and annoying when you have to drive from and on the driveway.

We hope for a correct settlement of our consumption costs, fuel oil / gas stocks were not verifiable. But the stay itself pleased us.

Not so easy to find the owner's address before arrival. Accommodation very good, spacious rooms. Some dust webs here and there. Deep garden, slightly more difficult visibility (for children) with trees in the middle of the garden. Owner rather short of substance.

Our group consisted of 10 people (6 full, 2 ten, 2 small children). The house is beautiful and grand. The heater worked well. Could easily're all the car 's in the driveway lost. From the house it is possible to nearby walking routes to walk and or drive in terms of starting point. Climbing Equipment and football square very close. Algeheel it's a nice house with several features. Lies which on a busy main road (some had since affected). the kitchen is a little cramped for a large group and the kitchen utensils (such as pots) scanty. the television in terms of reception is not good, tip, make sure you take some DVD 's it. (Every night was movie night was very cozy). Shower on the first floor made in the kitchen / hallway overflow was leaking. 1 evening dinner outside but not done by a giant fly pest of the neighbors (turkeys). The beds were some very soft. The ventilation in the shower did not work. Lamps example in the living room are not cleaned in a long time. I.v.m. small children and many runners might be a vacuum cleaner handy i.p.v. been an old broom with a dustpan and even older. Our costs in terms of Electrical, water and fuel oil was 237euroAlgeheel I found myself a nice house but only for one time.

On the way to the Ardennes I was called into the car by the owner what time we figured out if we drive a little it is something before the check-in time of 16 h. ....... But that was not necessarily intended !! On arrival we met the somewhat surly homeowner. And then also showed the creativity of the house photographer ... the house is right on a main road with lots of (freight) traffic. Upon leaving the homeowner in a telephone conversation can not be present for the meter (which sit under lock and key) and final control. Really unpleasant! Later, by phone, the text as it pleases me, you will receive the € 300 deposit back minus energy costs. I after nearly three weeks, with apologies received. Spicy energy costs, a large pleasant house with everything on and after economical use € 72 for 2 dagen.Verder. Several beds are to be replaced. R. F. Van Dijk with friends.

Very nicely renovated spacious cottage with every comfort. For the kids: Attention no microwave, so bottles for the kids to warm up quite a warm bottle with you, did we have to do with the kettle. Only showers, so bring any children. There is a very solid cot and highchair available. At 100m there is a playground, turkeys and horses to visits.

And the bathroom on the 1st floor is nicely made of pebbles / stones very koud.Nadeel that you always drive to the store / bakery moet.En on Monday mornings start the trucks to the nearby industrial area very early to drive, they inhibit just off to the house (it is located at the main road).

On the way to the Ardennes I was called into the car by the owner what time we figured out if we drive a little it is something before the check-in time of 16 h. ....... But that was not necessarily intended !! On arrival we met the somewhat surly homeowner. And then also showed the creativity of the house photographer ... the house is right on a main road with lots of (freight) traffic. Upon leaving the homeowner in a telephone conversation can not be present for the meter (which sit under lock and key) and final control. Really unpleasant! Later, by phone, the text as it pleases me, you will receive the € 300 deposit back minus energy costs. I after nearly three weeks, with apologies received. Spicy energy costs, a large pleasant house with everything on and after economical use € 72 for 2 dagen.Verder. Several beds are to be replaced. R. F. Van Dijk with friends.

Had a great holiday. We were there with two families with two very young children incl. Beautiful large lawn behind the house fine. Only downside is that there is a relatively busy road runs past the house. However, behind and in the house where one actually comes alone, is little sign of that here. Beautiful area for walking and cycling and far away from mass tourism.

Arrival was fine. We called the owner when we arrived at the cottage, we had agreed because we were a little early to go. The cottage was beautiful, garden very nice, with a beautiful tree to climb in for the kids. Enough bathrooms and toilets. The effort to come back for sure.

The house was okay. Beautiful house with character, well furnished. Quite dark inside because of big trees in front of the window. Kitchen equipment could be better: pans in very bad condition and nothing provided such as washing up liquid, matches, .. Rooms and beds were ok. We hope for a correct settlement of our consumption costs, fuel oil / gas stocks were not verifiable. But the stay itself pleased us.

Our group consisted of 10 people (6 full, 2 ten, 2 small children). The house is beautiful and grand. The heater worked well. Could easily're all the car 's in the driveway lost. From the house it is possible to nearby walking routes to walk and or drive in terms of starting point. Climbing Equipment and football square very close. Algeheel it's a nice house with several features. Lies which on a busy main road (some had since affected). the kitchen is a little cramped for a large group and the kitchen utensils (such as pots) scanty. the television in terms of reception is not good, tip, make sure you take some DVD 's it. (Every night was movie night was very cozy). Shower on the first floor made in the kitchen / hallway overflow was leaking. 1 evening dinner outside but not done by a giant fly pest of the neighbors (turkeys). The beds were some very soft. The ventilation in the shower did not work. Lamps example in the living room are not cleaned in a long time. I.v.m. small children and many runners might be a vacuum cleaner handy i.p.v. been an old broom with a dustpan and even older. Our costs in terms of Electrical, water and fuel oil was 237euroAlgeheel I found myself a nice house but only for one time.

the house is too cold! Day and night had to set the thermostat to 30 degrees, and it was only on Sunday that it was pleasant to stay. Otherwise everything is ok, but that unpleasant chill was a downer

Wij hebben de vakantie doorgebracht met ons gezin. (3 kinderen). De eerste dag al gaven de de kinderen aan niet meer weg te willen en legden bij ons het verzoek neer of we in het huis konden blijven wonen... Duidelijker kan niet lijkt me.

Very nicely renovated spacious cottage with every comfort. For the kids: Attention no microwave, so bottles for the kids to warm up quite a warm bottle with you, did we have to do with the kettle. Only showers, so bring any children. There is a very solid cot and highchair available. At 100m there is a playground, turkeys and horses to visits.

It was a super extended weekend, with siblings .We had good weather and have a lot of hiking in the beautiful woods .The house is very damp and there are a lot of courage fired But! It's like well warmed up then surely a cozy cottage.

We enjoyed a nice weekend in La Bonbonnière.Vriendelijke reception, clean house with all comfort.We were 3 families and each family had its own sanitary voorzieningen.De kids loved the large garden is a plus. Good base for delicious boswandelingen.Het only downside for us was the too soft beds.

the house was indeed fantastic, nice and cozy interior. The garden is also quite nice, just a pity that previous tenants, things that are broken, they do not report it to the owner. This way you'll avoid unpleasant surprises.

Lovely house. The only thing missing was a fireplace -) There are 2 gourmet sets available! We were 3 couples and 3 children. So perfect layout with the 3 badkamer.Veel beautiful forests in the area, because of hunting season was much warned. A walk starts on the other side of the road. Beautiful house, right on the site indicated. Everything is provided, even gourmets. We were with 3 families we had the upstairs for us alone. Each family had its own toilet and bathroom which is a plus. Had a very nice weekend in a TOP house. Disadvantage is on a road that is quickly driven and annoying when you have to drive from and on the driveway.

Retrieving the key at the key address went very smoothly. The accommodation what beautiful with enough space for 10 people, both inside and outside. There are both a shower and a toilet on each floor. The kitchen was well equipped, dishwasher is super.

The house is nicely located and is perfectly fine. The rooms are spacious enough and beds saved. There are plenty of laundry and shower facilities. There were 2 gourmet set which we gratefully took advantage. The only minuses relatively little information about the area, bakery nearby, etc. This info can still find nowadays in most vacation homes. We were only 7. the house would surely have been tight with more adults.

Beautiful spacious house, neatly renovated with old elements remaining visible. Spacious garden with lawn and bowling alley at the rear suited us very well. We also found the ample inventory, including sufficient crockery and garden furniture. House was neat schoon.Enkele small hiccups;- No empty storage space in the kitchen to store food.-Sitting area too small for 10 people and not comfortable due to sagging sofas.-Living room is very dark and lighting is therefore too poor.-There is no space to store garbage. Will be collected once a week, full bags must be kept at home. A large outdoor bucket or small shed would be useful.

Beautiful home. Two spacious rooms on the first floor. On the second floor 2 more spacious rooms and a slightly smaller room. Suitable for 10 people. With a quiet garden at the back. Well located on a busy road. From the house directly into the woods or meadows for a walk. Beautiful signposted walks. Close to Vielsalm (5km) which is a nice town to visit and a nice lake to walk around. Friendly host. Always willing to make sure that everything runs smoothly. He also has a restaurant nearby: "La ferme de la reine des Prés": HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU want to eat good value for money. We will definitely go back.

Had a nice weekend with 10 women, despite the rain. The cottage is spacious, nicely decorated, and especially in the kitchen you have everything you need (even 2 gourmet appliances where we were pleasantly surprised by). The cleanliness could possibly be better, because there were quite a few cobwebs everywhere, but overall everyone was very happy and we would definitely come back.
