The house is in a nice location and could be a great vacation home, but due to all the defects, it was not what we expected. There was a leak through the ceiling in the living room, a leak in one bathroom, clogged sewage, a dining room that is far too small for so many people, far too few cups, mugs, and glasses, and dampness in the room with bunk beds where children could sleep. This room is in a separate part of the house. To get to the kitchen and dining room, you have to go outside, which is not pleasant and slippery in wet weather. The owner did nothing to resolve the issues during our stay and refunded the deposit much too late.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this house in the Ardennes. We were received very kindly and felt welcome right away. The house is equipped with all conveniences and has everything you need for a carefree stay. Together with our guests, we had a wonderful time in a beautiful environment. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Recommended!

We enjoyed the area immensely. It's particularly nice that you can go on a tour from the house. The renovated areas were great, some others are still waiting their turn. There were "only" 30 of us. There are too many tables in the dining room to be comfortable, but the kitchen is well equipped and lends itself to providing a gastronomic weekend for an extended group. The neighbor is very friendly and gives all kinds of tips. Thank you for the nice accommodation!

The house has a lot of potential, but is not well maintained: several BAD (much too thin and some mattresses are dirty). The room with the bunk beds for the children is musty and smells of damp. There are sagging stones on the terrace and the terrace gate/stairs does not close (dangerous for young children). There were several broken chairs in the living room. In one bathroom the wall tiles were completely loose and simply fell off. After our previous stay, I sent an email to the homeowner with all the shortcomings, but never received a response. Positive notes: the house was cleaner this time, also fewer insects. The kitchen is ok, but there are no beer glasses and deep plates. The area is beautiful and the neighbor who received us is very friendly.

1) no concierge/reception available upon arrival or departure at the agreed time, no copy of the energy meters or receipt of deposit received, 2) building in poor state of maintenance: clogged drain in kitchen (unclogged myself) & some bedrooms, chairs with lame legs in the salon where you sag, wood from the terrace & parapet is rotting and it is impossible to meet the safety requirements (incomprehensible that this can still be rented out), 3) parking for 1 car on site, all other cars can go in this narrow street has no other option than to park on the side of the road (in reality on the private property of a farmer - who has come to complain), 4) a BBQ that has been completely burnt out & rusted weeks or months ago (have bought new ones themselves, because the renters wanted not to intervene), 5) deposit not refunded on time and without proof of settlement of the costs deducted, 6) landlords of this holiday home have a bad reputation among the villagers we spoke to and apparently more than rightly so.

The holiday home did not meet our expectations: - at least 1 bedroom was not usable due to mold - the whole house was not properly cleaned - dishwasher: there is no water supply, you have to pour water in manually and really not nice: until today (3 weeks after departure) still seen nothing of the deposit - at least 1500.00 EURO

Dishwasher appeared not to function in review by previous visitors. After telephone contact with belvilla, the owner assured that it had been repaired. When using, according to the owner, you must pour 5-6 large cooking pots with hot water in the dishwasher, so you have to use the stove for this ... There was also insufficient cleaning, in 1 of the bedrooms itself did not seem to have been cleaned with the vacuum cleaner . The bathroom also shows black mold on the ceiling (I have a photo of this). Unfortunately not thoroughly cleaned, which is expected in these times. Due to a faulty dishwasher, I also spent a lot of time in the kitchen doing the dishes. Any compensation from the owner or Belvilla would be appropriate in our view.

The house was neat. The description of the stay was correct, except for 1 room where a bunk bed was replaced by a double bed. The dining place was small for the number of tables. The fact that the person responsible for the key and help lives next to the residence was a plus. The house is very secluded with the possibility of beautiful walks.

The holiday home did not meet our expectations: - at least 1 bedroom was not usable due to mold - the whole house was not properly cleaned - dishwasher: there is no water supply, you have to pour water in manually and really not nice: until today (3 weeks after departure) still seen nothing of the deposit - at least 1500.00 EURO

Dishwasher appeared not to function in review by previous visitors. After telephone contact with belvilla, the owner assured that it had been repaired. When using, according to the owner, you must pour 5-6 large cooking pots with hot water in the dishwasher, so you have to use the stove for this ... There was also insufficient cleaning, in 1 of the bedrooms itself did not seem to have been cleaned with the vacuum cleaner . The bathroom also shows black mold on the ceiling (I have a photo of this). Unfortunately not thoroughly cleaned, which is expected in these times. Due to a faulty dishwasher, I also spent a lot of time in the kitchen doing the dishes. Any compensation from the owner or Belvilla would be appropriate in our view.

Beautiful surroundings and nice accommodation. Too bad the maintenance is bad. The hot showers don't work. There are water leaks everywhere. The heating is faulty. The dishwasher was faulty. The worst part is that they keep the maintenance costs from the deposit.
