The WIFI connection was very poor. Because I also had to work from there behind my laptop, this was very sad. When I spoke to the owner about it, she gave her personal opinion instead of looking for a solution. Furthermore, the rooms were so dirty. When you raise the mattress you see all kinds of dust and even cobwebs. So the villa is not cleaned properly at all, even though you pay a lot for it. There was way too much chlorine in the swimming pool, which caused the children to have red eyes and coughing. The amount they ask per night is certainly not in proportion to what you get for it. The apples from the apple tree in the garden were delicious!

Very nice big house where we had a very nice weekend. Large living room and dining room, professional and well equipped kitchen, large games room and also a great swimming pool. The bedrooms have been renovated and are better than the photos. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the large garden due to the bad weather. However, there are also some downsides: in some rooms there is a leak in the skylight and the changing rooms at the pool are sauna and sanitary in lesser condition.However, we are thinking of booking this place again for another weekend.

Perfect space for all. Everything worked. The swimming pool was a great success. Small problem: the ventilation in the bathrooms does not work properly. We spent a weekend with a large group of families with children. The house was completely in order and neatly cleaned. The only downside was a very dirty barbeque grill, which we cleaned ourselves and left unpolished, so not a big problem in itself. Refund of deposit after deduction of consumption and cleaning costs went smoothly. Very nice environment. Definitely recommended for a group of 40 people.

The house itself is very beautiful. Very spacious and cozy house. All renovated rooms, each with a private bathroom. Huge kitchen with a super sized fridge! The living room is also nicely furnished! We would like to come back. Too bad the coffee machine didn't work and no one could explain to us exactly how it worked. The pool could also be a bit warmer. The jacuzzi was broken, very unfortunate! We didn't get any financial discount for that either. Sauna worked very well and we had a great time. There are also plenty of activities to do in the area. . The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of crockery. There were even champagne glasses available!!! Thank you very much but we would like to stay until at least 10am. We really had a great weekend! Conny, the owner, was very nice at reception, explained everything we needed to know and we could enjoy, The style is extended throughout the house, the jacuzzi was lovely and in principle everything is there for a carefree stay, The dishwasher was broken and not repaired when we arrived, but Conny had a solution for that, We could put the dirty dishes in the utility room, where they could open the door from the outside and get the dishes without disturbing us and return them clean, What a service! We, a 90 year old mother and her family (36 people) had a super fantastic weekend. The guest address is located in a beautiful region and offers many possibilities, especially for families and large groups. For example, various walks from the village center and depending on the composition of the group are certainly recommended. After a walk of almost 10 KMS our children still enjoyed the swimming pool and garden. The spacious game room was also top-notch. Of course, the sun has also created an unforgettable family weekend, where everyone could find what they wanted. The youth has provided a barbecue and whoever wanted to even eat outside in the evenings under the awning of the terrace. So simply super. The house is fully voorzien.We have the family great to our liking.There is really only one big minus and that is the schoonmaak.Die really gets a big enough! Toilets in the rooms and the shared toilets downstairs were very dirty! A lot of dust and spiderweb everywhere. There was clearly no mopping. Considering that you can only enter the house at 6 o'clock and have to be out by 9 o'clock and 300 euro will be charged for the cleaning we expect more of it.This also indicated at Ardennes Relais and on departure from the house to the one who came to make the electricity bill. Perfect holiday home. We had a wonderful week with our group of friends of 27 adults and 10 children under 10 years. Lovely pool where the whole day was swimming. A nice Dutch speaking man came every day to check the pool with him we could also ask for questions. The professional catering dishwasher was also a godsend. A washing up was done in 3 minutes. Things that I would recommend to improve there is no washing machine. With children that is a loss. There were also no big glasses where you can pour a special beer, only wine glasses. In terms of towels, we found 1 towel per person very little for a whole week. Especially because there is no washing machine and you are still in the pool every day. Also take into account high energy costs. In a week where the temperature did not drop below 25 degrees, we lost more than 900 euros. It is a pity that this is always exclusive in Belgium. There was still confusion when we checked out because we had to pay for these energy costs and cleaning costs in cash. This was not clearly communicated to us, so we had to pay this in addition to the 1000 euro deposit that we had already given at the beginning of the week.
