We stayed with our family during the Christmas season, but we had many issues that they didn't resolve. 1- There was no proper internet connection, and the mobile cell network is also not working, so no communication. When I asked to have it fixed, they said to reset the modem, which did not work, of course. 2- The heater in one of the rooms was not working, and they didn't fix it. Outside was -5 degrees, we had to stay in that room with the baby. 3- The house was not cleaned enough; there were spider nets! We had to clean it by ourselves. They even charged us 350 euros for cleaning! 4- One of the sheets of the bed was missing again, and they charged us for the clean sheets! But there was no sheet for one bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There was enough space for seven people, the jacuzzi was wonderful, and the sauna in another room is ideal. This way, we could divide the use well. Additionally, we were able to entertain ourselves with the toys and enjoyed a delicious barbecue. It is not too far from attractions, which was ideal. All in all, we had a lovely long weekend!

The garden is not clean at all, everything is lying around on the terrace, not even swept. I did it for the owner. The jacuzzi is not clean either and too bleached. The entrance mats are dirty, and the dusting has not been done in the establishment. I find this very limited. I do not recommend this rental. The only downside is the calm environment and well-placed for nature lovers.

The cottage was beautifully situated, but was already a bit outdated. 1 of the fires did not work (which was not so handy with the cold), the wifi was very bad (they had mentioned this on arrival), the air hockey table that was in the photos was no longer there, there were not enough pellets for the stove and on arrival the house was not heated at all and it was therefore freezing cold in the house. Although it was a great trip, there are still some points for improvement at the house.

The cottage was nicely located, but it was quite outdated. The house actually had everything you could wish for. The location is really fantastic, from the backyard you can walk to the beautiful Nisramont de Barrage in less than 20 minutes, great for strolling around with the dog. By car, all necessary facilities are actually a stone's throw away, such as restaurants, boulangeries, butcheries and supermarkets. When you come home to the house in the evening, there is room to relax, enjoy the sauna, then in the jacuzzi and your day is complete again. An absolute must. a side note; it is very humid in the house and certainly in the basement.

Everything is there to celebrate a wonderful holiday. Sitting in the jacuzzi every day, lit the bbq and made beautiful rides every day in the beautiful surroundings.

There will be a 200 cleaning fee. There was dust everywhere, dirt in the trash can from a previous tenant.
The dryer there is not working, nor is the heating in the upstairs bathroom. the freezer does not work, if you put something in it, such as coffee cakes, they are partially defrosted after 2 days. so you can throw everything in the trash.
Nothing can be ventilated downstairs, causing a musty smell that you can't get rid of. and then there is the wellness area.
When you use the washing machine there is a fishy smell on your clothes, a drying rack would also be useful.
You have to switch on the pallet heater at the back, but the remote control does not work, and it must also be left clean as normal (this was not done and an ash vacuum cleaner cannot be found as stated in the folder).
We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi and the surroundings.

House is ok, but needs some renovation. There were dead insects on the windowsills inside.
The jacuzzi was not turned on, so we had to wait a day before it was heated up. The infrared cabin was nice, but the floor felt like it could collapse at any moment and the music didn't work.
There was a play area for children, but this was a small plastic slide with a broken door.
No fly screen at the sliding window, so we could leave everything open, but then we had mosquitoes and flies inside in the evening
The people sleeping downstairs complained about the noise from the heating (from the jacuzzi?)
The downstairs toilet had to be opened with the door open, otherwise you wouldn't be able to sit comfortably
The freezer didn't work, our ice creams completely melted the day after they were put in it.

Great house with beautiful views and spacious living room. The kitchen is very well equipped, here you will find everything you need to cook well. The enclosed garden and jacuzzi (for 2 people) were also very pleasant. Our son also thought the slide was a nice addition! Furthermore, the house is in a good location for hiking or mountain biking in the area. There is still room in the garage to store your bicycles. House was clean on arrival :). Bathroom and toilet upstairs can not be locked for safety (works with key). We did not shower in the upstairs bathroom, because there is a not so fresh-looking wooden plate in the douchebak.In the house we noticed that it has been rented out for a long time, there were quite a few (minor) defects (eg broken lights, loose tap, pellet stove broken). Reported a number of things and indicated that it did not need to be solved immediately for us. Someone came to have a look, so it should have been made by now! We were very happy that we ended up with 2 less people, the room in the basement is a bit musty and almost no daylight ... All in all we had a pleasant week, but for this money you don't need a house in top condition to be expected! In any case, excellent value for money for us.

Nice and pleasant villa, all accommodation available. This was nicely decorated and also because we were there in December, it was decorated with Christmas lights. There is also a cozy room with a kicker, game table with discs, a darts board and a separate room with sauna. We arrived and we were kindly received and shown around. We immediately felt at home in the house. A good atmosphere, appearance and everything. A nice couch, full kitchen, bed, bath and kitchen linen are available. The garden was top notch and well fenced for the dog. And the garden was very private. My husband could enjoy cycling (cycling) in the area, a lot of climbing and descending, but he thought that was fantastic! We ran fast ourselves and we participated in a trail running event. We have a nice walk with the dog in the neighboring forests. A very positive experience for us.

A nice house in a beautiful setting. Due to some less good reviews lately, we were a bit hesitant in advance, especially with regard to hygiene. Based on that, we had contact with the owner prior to our departure. He was able to reassure us via email. We were therefore very happy to find that the house was clean and tidy on arrival.

The wooden plate in the shower upstairs is less, but otherwise we found the house fine and fully equipped. The basement smells a bit damp and musty, but the children slept well in the bedroom downstairs.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and there is a good washing machine and dryer.

We enjoyed the veranda, the garden, the bbq and especially the wonderful jacuzzi.

In short; we had a wonderful holiday!

bad villa, very old and no longer maintained, there is no internet connection, it always cuts out or is not available. The beds were bad, the basement was very cold and not heated, it was very cold and hardly any ventilation in the basement. This should not be rented out as a sleeping area, very cold and no daylight. The shower in the basement near the infrared sauna is not hygienic and the water does not drain.

The heaters on the ground floor leave a nasty smell behind, which does not smell healthy. Shower is very old and the towels that are left behind are not clean.

What an incredibly nice house this is, highly recommended! Incredibly clean, spacious, in the middle of peace and fully equipped. The kitchen, for example, really had all the items you could possibly need. Wonderfully clean jacuzzi and even a sauna in the ground floor. The surroundings and the garden of the house are beautiful. We had a lovely walk in the area and visited nice things. But unfortunately ... the hygiene and general condition of the house were so much worse than our visit 3 years ago; - beds were tightly made, but with dirty, worn-in bedding. The sleep stains (drool / toothpaste on the pillow), dander at the foot, hair and blood stains (on the pillow) were still on the bedding (we have the pictures of this!). The contact person from the cottage was clearly displeased when we called him and asked if the beds had been made and he couldn't do anything for us.. We washed and dried it ourselves on the first evening at 10 pm - The water in the outdoor hot tub already smelled dirty the first night. and chlorine values were not good. There was no chlorine in it according to the test strip and the pH was far too low. The foam that formed when bubbling was green / brown and did not smell fresh. We changed some water ourselves and hoped that we did not - There was a lens from the previous holidaymakers on the bedside table in the downstairs bedroom. There was a broken wine glass with traces of wine next to the bed. Also according to the contact person this could not be the case, because he had cleaned it for sure . - The B esteklade was full of dirty cutlery, with the leftovers still on the knives. There were also hairs and crumbs in the cutlery drawer of the previous holidaymakers. Not tasty. Then we haven't even mentioned the greasy lip prints on the glasses. The reception was downright unkind, the 3rd room was still locked after a phone call I received a catty answer that we were only 4 people, so that's why 2 cameras, but we were not 2 couples, so the adult man slept on the couch for a night until the next day the room was opened. We have rented a house through Belvilla more often, but this was by far the most complete and luxurious we have had until now. We were very kindly received by the owner of the property. Great location. Cottage is ok, but needs renovation. There were dead insects on the windowsills inside. The jacuzzi was not on, so we had to wait a day for it to warm up. The infrared sauna was nice, but the floor feels like it could collapse at any moment and the music didn't work. There was play equipment for children, but it was a small plastic slide with a broken door. There was no fly screen on the sliding window, so we could leave everything open, but then we had mosquitoes and flies inside in the evening. The people sleeping downstairs complained about the noise from the heater (of the jacuzzi?). The downstairs toilet had to be used with the door open, otherwise it was uncomfortable. The freezer didn't work, our ice creams were completely melted the day after we put them in. The rooms were good and the beds comfortable.

A nice house in a beautiful setting. Due to some less good reviews lately, we were a bit hesitant in advance, especially with regard to hygiene. Based on that, we had contact with the owner prior to our departure. He was able to reassure us via email. We were therefore very happy to find that the house was clean and tidy on arrival.

The wooden plate in the shower upstairs is less, but otherwise we found the house fine and fully equipped. The basement smells a bit damp and musty, but the children slept well in the bedroom downstairs.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and there is a good washing machine and dryer.

We enjoyed the veranda, the garden, the bbq and especially the wonderful jacuzzi.

The surroundings and the garden of the house are beautiful. We had a lovely walk in the area and visited nice things. But unfortunately ... the hygiene and general condition of the house were so much worse than our visit 3 years ago; - beds were tightly made, but with dirty, worn-in bedding. The sleep stains (drool / toothpaste on the pillow), dander at the foot, hair and blood stains (on the pillow) were still on the bedding (we have the pictures of this!). The contact person from the cottage was clearly displeased when we called him and asked if the beds had been made and he couldn't do anything for us.. We washed and dried it ourselves on the first evening at 10 pm - The water in the outdoor hot tub already smelled dirty the first night. and chlorine values were not good. There was no chlorine in it according to the test strip and the pH was far too low. The foam that formed when bubbling was green / brown and did not smell fresh. We changed some water ourselves and hoped that we did not - There was a lens from the previous holidaymakers on the bedside table in the downstairs bedroom. There was a broken wine glass with traces of wine next to the bed. Also according to the contact person this could not be the case, because he had cleaned it for sure . - The B esteklade was full of dirty cutlery, with the leftovers still on the knives.
