This vacation home was perfect for our group of friends, plenty of space and the game room kept us entertained in the evenings, The location close to historical sites in Bastogne was also a big plus for us.

Great house, spacious, sauna,.. but many plumbing problems, many things that did not work, shower in large bathroom, shower in bath, in the play area downstairs, many things that were broken, billard 🎱 stock broken, darts 🎯 completely broken, sports equipment that occasionally did not work,... otherwise great house, wonderful

We saw the staircase was renovated opposite the last time.

However, the pool table is also due for renewal.

A kettle in the kitchen would also be handy, but everything else is there.

No view, but 2 walks of 6 and 10 km leave at 300m. There is an interesting grocer nearby. The cottage is cozy, with the stove on. There are 2 bedrooms with good mattresses and 2 with lesser ones. The shower sprays in all directions. Refrigerator and freezer are spacious. Energy costs are rising.

The house was clean and nice. We missed a wooden spoons, ladle etc for cooking.The house needs a refreshment. When you have small dogs, they cannot run free in the garden, the entrance fence is not totally closed. Overall we had a nice stay.

A large house, so a lot of space. Sauna was nice. Only the doors and the wooden floor make a lot of noise, so not ideal if you want to sleep in in the morning. We also found the final bill for electricity and heating on the high side.

The accommodation itself is okay, but needs renovation. There are several leaks in the garage that we showed to the owner. We also found that the sauna is not safe to use, had it turned on and moistened the stones with water which ran off the outside of the sauna? It would also be useful if there was a kettle in the kitchen. The second bathroom on the 1st floor definitely needs renovation.

The perfect welcome, the house very poorly insulated phonetically we are on a very busy road and thermally it is a disaster, it is raining in the house, we had to put seals, a lot of signs of water infiltration, which causes a additional heating cost, shower heads do not work properly, shower gaskets are broken .... the gym is dilapidated or not maintained, the children's equipment in the garden is all broken !!! real, the garden is by the road .... I do not recommend this property and it does not deserve the 4 ears

Functional house, somewhat outdated, especially enjoyed sauna and been out a lot. Keep in mind that you bring supplies for dishwasher, detergent and toilet paper from the first day. Arrival went very smoothly, we were able to pick up the key 2 hours earlier. There are various activities in the area. Only drawback is that the house is located on a busy job!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Holiday Home! The space was more than enough for our family of eight, and we loved the private sauna and hot tub after a long day of hiking in the beautiful Ardennes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, where we found charming shops and restaurants. The kids had a lot of fun in the garden while we enjoyed barbecues on the terrace. Highly recommended for families or groups looking to relax and explore!

Arrival was badly arranged. We still had to call the manager to finally be able to accommodate our accommodation. The manager spoke no other word other than French, which made communication quite frustrating because we were told that the manager spoke Dutch. Accommodation was good, beautiful etc. We have a very nice holiday, but the manager still got us frustrated Because of her lack of communication skills.

Dear, a few comments, it has already been more than once that we go to this house and, (the lighting of the extractor hood does not work, kitchen, also half of the ceiling lighting does not work, lamps broken, garage lighting flickers, transformer on lamp broken, bathroom heaters need to be checked, radiators might need to be properly purged as there is a lot of air in them, purge radiators everywhere, and no vacuum cleaner, for the rest everything ok, cozy house and location, kind regards Verschatse Yves
