Warm welcome by the key manager. Accommodation met our expectations. A nice, big, cozy and cozy house. The house has everything you need in a lovely, peaceful and very beautiful area. Area with beautiful rocky mountains and nice rivers for kayaking.

In a word; terrible. Dirty, damp, mold in the bathroom, the promised tree house was no longer there. The mattresses were really too filthy to handle. The dishwasher didn't work. When we wanted to leave early and I explained that we found it too damp and that there is mold in the house, I was called a liar by the key manager. She accused me of wanting to leave because of the bad weather and that they weren't going to reimburse me. Belvilla supposedly couldn't do anything for me (despite the photos sent) because we left early. The owner denied everything. Horrible. Horrible. Do not.

Cozy cottage that is strikingly spacious with three separate bedrooms, Very well-working wood stove that provides cosiness, Well-equipped kitchen, Only downside was that it was not really clean on arrival and all the pillows in the seats and beds need to be replaced, None bed linen available, which was not mentioned,

The arrival went well, but the house was not completely clean. Especially in the kitchen. And some mold in the bathroom. The garden was lovely and the surroundings too.

On arrival we were well received by the couple who maintains the house. We chose this house on the ground floor, because we were accompanied by my mother, who has reduced mobility. We were very happy to be able to circulate easily in all spaces. The house is nice and comfortable. On our arrival the cleanliness was not the strongest point (nannies under the beds) .The furniture and the equipments (cookware, pans, ...) are of quality.The barbecue is well maintained and very effective the Ping-pong table in good condition is also easy to install.The garden is very spacious and shaded to perfection.That is a pity that there are no hiking trails in the immediate environment and that it is necessary to use a means of transport to go to Vresse (only 5 km, but it climbs ...) The neighboring village of Vresse sur Semoi is not too touristic and charmed us by its bathing places in the Semoi, beautiful walks along the water and its public toilet provided for people with reduced mobility. For people in wheelchairs, it is therefore possible to go to restaurants in the village, to land on the edge of the Semoi and use the public toilet which is 2 minutes away at most.

Lovely cottage for people who love peace and nature. Although it is close to the street, disturbing not because there is little passing verkeer.Proper cottage beds ok.Keuken is a bit on the tight side if you're used a lot of space and two cooks or washes. TV is what verouderd.Goede base to explore the area. Many possibilities. Thus Dinant and Bouillon nearby. We ourselves visited include the buffalo ranch. Fun with kids.Onze boys of three and six thought it was already a fantastic holiday! Definitely recommended.

We were a small family (mom, dad, child 6 years old) a week in this beautiful and secluded vacation home. Although located just off a small country road can man relax and the children can play in the large garden with a tree house. After 19 clock barely drives past a car and it's very quiet.
