Jacuzzi is a great added value to the stay.
The kitchen is not big and contains far too few glasses, cutlery, ...
During our stay the dishwasher was broken and the stove gave an error message in some places.

Our stay was overall pleasant. The chalet was equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The fenced garden was also great for our dog. It might be worth mentioning that it is a bit quiet at night, but we appreciated the peace.

Chalet Arbre Dressé is a hidden gem! The renovation work is impressive, and everything feels fresh and cozy. We especially liked the outdoor terrace. It's a bit far from Durbuy, but the tranquility of the location was worth it.

Closed Monday, August 3rd arrived home from a great weekend in the Ardennes with my friends. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the calm, cozy atmosphere which gave the house and the lovely weather. The house is superb, it was especially nice that there were three bathrooms with a group of friends of nine people.

Wonderful conservatory with Jacuzzi where you can lounge with amazing friends and family and relax! Interior not very luxurious but you're automatically especially in the conservatory and outside with great weather. Fortunately, the lovely garden enclosed by a high fence, the road where the house is located on a main road where they sometimes like crazy pass.

In honor because my parents have been married 45 years, this cottage met together are what we wanted to celebrate. Joyful event Centrally located in great cities and places, especially Durbuy is a must. (3 km) Spa was a disappointment, if you can not just in private, only with more than 10 people and by appointment, a downer after 45 min drive. Been Bastogne, lways fun to visit if you are interested in WWII history, educational for children.

It was a nice house. All amenities were present. The basement was completely renovated and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms were uitstekend.Op the ground was all fine. Only the bathroom is a bit old. The adjoining conservatory lounge with sofa and jacuzzi was a great aanvulling.Enig downside of the house is that it is very noisy.

It was a quiet relaxing week with beautiful excursions to Durby. Second only to the upper floor have used. The house is a miracle. All in all, up to a loud humming refrigerator a good holiday.

We enjoyed the wonderful weather, great weather. Great cottage, well equipped and nice garden. Some comment the house is very upset, fortunately we could sit outside when the children lay in bed.

The jacuzzi was dirty, the house itself was not very clean. Bedding was very expensive, but of high quality. But towels had to be paid extra for.

The two bedrooms downstairs are very good, the two bedrooms on the ground floor are okay. The bedroom in the attic is downright bad, a warm room in the roof with a mini skylight through which your head can just fit.

The kitchen is reasonably complete and the gas stove is induction, but the pans should have been replaced a year ago (everything burns).

Location is nice. Next to a road, but not a busy road, so almost deserted in the evening. Nice and secluded, the neighbors' gardens are large so we were not bothered by each other. And so little air pollution that the Milky Way is visible.

Nice and clean chalet on arrival. Decent heating, and ideal location for dogs (also for our dog who cannot do stairs) only the upper floor was inaccessible for our dog. Clean and well-fenced garden with no escape possibilities. The pillows were a little less comfortable, but the mattresses were of good quality. The kitchen was spacious and everything worked properly. After showering, it is better to leave the light on for half an hour and close the door in the meantime. The ventilation works on the lighting, and then the moisture does not reach the rest of the chalet. The TV had all Flemish channels, which was definitely a plus for us. Number of seats at the TV is somewhat limited, but we were not bothered by that with 3. The jacuzzi is really gigantic and easy to operate. During the night there is relatively little traffic, but on Saturday there was a party somewhere nearby until 3 am, which could be heard in one of the bedrooms. The neighbour's dog also barked every night until 1am. We were generally very satisfied with our stay here.

Great house. Enough space for everyone. House does need some paint here and there, especially on the outside. Jacuzzi worked fine. Unfortunately, after a few days of use, it started to smell and stain. Probably filter not clean etc.

A really nice log cabin house, lots of wood (walls, floor) nice showers (3pcs) Good TV, further equipped with everything! (even a WII for the kids!) Well WIFI!, kitchen too (as far as I've experienced) complete.Grote jacuzzi (6pers) and a beautiful view over the hill, so you can enjoy the sunrise.Lekker lawn to play football, for example, and you can also sit on the lounge sofa in the conservatory to look outside and enjoy the landscape ! What plus points: The house can be better insulated, quite cold in the fall (let alone in winter) fireplace has only branded.Alles is very noisy, so if you sleep downstairs and someone walks through the kitchen / living room you can hear everything. Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms, both with a sink and beautiful shower! Unfortunately, the ventilation is not sufficient, because when you take a shower the whole room is damp and everything becomes damp. Option is to turn on your window and/or electric heater in the room, but I can imagine that this will eventually give mold spots. And not nice to sleep in a damp room..

Horrible, DON'T! We arrived to a huge musty and smelly house. Cutlery that was still dirty and bowls that were dirty. Beds that creak enormously and we had to light at least 2 candles every day to get the smell out of the house. An antler of a deer that hangs loose from the wall and someone has run into his head. We are accused of vandalizing the garden because we had put the cars there, We also had not been given a designated place to park the cars and there was no space nearby to put them. (Will find out when you actually decide to book) Jacuzzi which was almost unusable. Was able to use normally for the first 2 evenings and after that the bath started to smell really bad and the water got cold. So it was already unusable on Sunday. Monday we called someone to come and solve that and he then pumped out the bath and put the water back in. (Also at our expense) So we couldn't use the jacuzzi on Monday either. Tuesday there was still a bad after smell and the water stayed cold. Also no instructions on how to get the water warmer or colder. Wednesday and Thursday the water was quite warm and the smell was gone. 34 degrees in a jacuzzi was the maximum and it is not what you expect. In the backyard the stones are loose and you can twist your ankle. They also refuse to speak English so there was no communication. We made it fun and cozy ourselves and made the best of it but a complete recommendation. We also did not get our deposit back because we had parked our cars on the grass because there was no indicated spot and the driveway was much too small for 3 cars. SCANDALOUS

Dirty and worn out ideal for some partying students but not suitable for decent people, very damp, not worthy of 9 people, too little cutlery, pillows feel like bags full of potatoes .. it's an endless list of broken birdhouses, lots of dog poop in the garden, and the neighbors have 2 noisy dogs so relaxing is not in it.

The reception was very pleasant, environment was wrongly estimated by us. Was nothing to do. The exterior of the house may have some maintenance.

Upon arrival at the chalet we were awaiting some surprises. The full kitchen inventory was filthy, the rest of the house was reasonably clean. The jacuzzi did not work (on day 3 of our stay it was repaired) and the Indian tent was missing. Also the BBQ was not cleaned and was still full of remains of the previous occupants. In the end we really enjoyed the cottage, which is very noisy. The environment is beautiful, you have beautiful views from the chalet and can walk in the area (and geocaching). Durbuy is close, just like Adventure Valley, if you have some sporting challenge. The wood stove was nice and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi. We still have to return the deposit, but if all goes well, we have spent about € 100 on gas, electricity and 2 bags of wood for a week. These costs are not included in the rental price and are deducted afterwards with the deposit, good to take into account. It is advisable to check the meter readings on arrival, these did not quite agree with what was on paper.

A nice holiday home, beautifully situated, a good reception and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. It's the second time we came here. After 6 years, however, we saw a decline the house was not equally clean on arrival there was a used coffee filter in the coffee, the cookware may be cleaner and the bedrooms in basement are stale.

We rented the property last weekend at rue de durbuy 18. We have found a number of things that did not make us happy. Firstly the jacuzzi was absolutely dirty on arrival. The water was green and cloudy. There were also all kinds of dirt in the water. We immediately contacted and this problem was quickly resolved. However, the jacuzzi must be completely emptied. This led to the jacuzzi being at temperature again at night, so we could not use the jacuzzi on Friday. It also has to heat up all day with all the electricity costs that entails. We also have to pay 100 € final cleaning. Then you expect that you will also find a clean stay on arrival. This was not the case at all. The bbq was filthy, the grid completely caked. There were all cigarette butts next to the bbq. In the shower below were all hairs on the floor and the well was clogged. All in all a filthy intention.

Ordinary accommodation, which is equipped with a nice terrace with a large table and benches. Although the house is located on a street, but the traffic has not bothered much. It's a very nice cottage with all the wood, a nice garden and a conservatory with jacuzzi, but on arrival it smells very stale in the house, so you do not get well inside. It is 9 persons but we were with 6 and this was actually perfect because now everyone had a good room with a private bathroom. The other room on the outside has a very low ceiling and becomes snowy in the summer. And the small room with a single bed is also not very cozy. The location is good because it is close to adventure vally, which we found very nice. There were some crucial things in the cottage like dishwashing cubes, there was a bottle of dirty Hard disinfectant, I did expect some toilet paper. What I really think of is all the extra costs that are left in addition to the amount you think you'd like to book. For almost everything, you have to pay extra bath towels, bedding, electricity, gas, wood, cookware and a ridiculous amount of 100euro cleaning fee! For that amount, I had expected the house to be cleaner, such as fresh water, clean water in the jacuzzi, there were also dog paws or the white fabric of the couch in the conservatory, not so fresh. We really enjoyed the house These preconditions have given a little nasty taste to the stay.

On arrival we went to see the rooms and the attic was dirty underwear on the floor. The door between the porch and the rest of the house was completely broken and impossible to close. So we have a whole weekend had a cold and need to stoke the maximum. The rooms stink downstairs very damp and '' at night you can hear the mice running around. We went normally stay until Monday but we were Sunday already gone home. Upon arrival to the office to return the keys, there was no one present while this was supposed to be open according to the schedule. We then put the keys in the mailbox. I and the other guests were amazed at the lack of hygiene while cleaning 100 Euro to be paid ..

Excellent location, near Durbuy. The house is spacious and cozy, but old and not really clean. The rooms at the lower floor (ground floor / basement) smell of moisture and are relatively difficult to heat (in winter). Please also note that strongly posted cost of the holiday is different from the real cost. Electricity, gas and firewood must be paid separately and amounts for one weekend (+/- 48 hours) about 100 euros. Also another pay 100 euros for the cleanup (and this happens actually not very grounding).
