I was worried about noise from the road, but it turned out fine. The location is quite peaceful, and we loved the terrace with its stunning view of the mountains. The wood stove in the living room added a cozy touch that made it feel like home. Ideal for couples, it’s just right for those looking for comfort together.

It is a very cozy house, with a great view. In the meantime, the house has become warm. The first day was a challenge because it was very cold in the house, probably because of the winter weather. And because the underfloor heating in the bathroom and bedroom downstairs is broken, we were very cold at night, which meant we didn't sleep. It was so cold that we couldn't even get warm with the extra duvets from the upstairs bedroom and with thermal underwear in bed. The broken underfloor heating doesn't do any good, because there are now damp patches everywhere in the various unheated rooms. So I hope for the other guests that the underfloor heating will be fixed soon.

During our stay, it felt cozy and relaxed, with enough space for the four of us friends plus extra room. Barbecue evenings were fun, and everything was easy to use; kitchen utensils, television, and all such things were also within reach!

It is a very cozy little house, with a great view. Meanwhile, the house has become warm. The first day was quite a challenge because it was very cold in the house, perhaps due to the winter weather. And because the underfloor heating in the bathroom and downstairs bedroom is broken, we were very cold at night, which made us unable to sleep. It was so cold that even with the extra duvets from the upstairs bedroom and thermal underwear in bed, we couldn't get warm. The broken underfloor heating is doing no good, as there are now damp spots everywhere in the various unheated rooms. So I hope for the other guests that the underfloor heating is repaired soon.

During my stay I spent 4 days in the noise of a roof renovation, one house away, which meant there was no peace and quiet, which is what we had ultimately come for.

This is also the last time we rent something at this park!!!!

Het huisje is schitterend gelegen en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet niet beperkt zijn qua trappenlopen, want het zijn er nogal wat. Hoewel het huisje prima is voorzien van wat je nodig hebt, is het qua onderhoud niet je-van-het. Schimmelplekken in de slaap- en badkamer bijvoorbeeld. De trap die wel een laklaagje kan gebruiken. Ook was de schoonmaak niet naar onze tevredenheid en hebben we zelf eerst nog een grondige poetsronde gedaan. De slechte schoonmaak hebben we gemeld bij de receptie. Een zonnescherm aan de schuifpui zou geen overbodige luxe zijn, want zodra de zon op het (vele) glas staat, wordt het al snel heel heet binnen.

The cottage is beautiful, a very nice view and lots of privacy, the reception at the key address was very friendly. It is a bit of a climb up stairs, but we were happy to pay for it. The cottage is fully equipped and light in a beautiful area of the Ardennes.

Upon arrival, and 61 steps of about 1 meter deep further, you eventually arrive at the top of the house in the middle of the forest, which offers an amazing view! Cracks in the outer wall are visible, which was held together with a nail strip (which creates a not very safe feeling when you find this). Once inside, the space in the living room is very nice! Despite the not very large surface, you still get a spacious feeling due to the high ridge and the glass wall, which makes the view a great experience. The cottage itself was very damp, dirty, grubby. But with your mind at 0, you'll get there. The beds are simple, but on the other hand sleep excellent! Both bathrooms are a must. However, when the water has run out, yes, it's all done. Within our midweek 2 days without water (family with 2 young children > 10 years) this is manageable. It would be nicer if the way of water supply were clearly stated in advance and you were not told on arrival, 'it's gone', too bad…. All in all, a survival house in the forest, with a guaranteed beautiful view!

Magnificent house, quiet, superb view. Really warm welcome from the person responsible for the site; she is adorable! Just a downside, one of the two toilets does not work (known problem and long wait for repair ...? As well as brown water following a problem with the boiler which is too late to be replaced, apparently ...) it is Too bad! (It deserves a small reduction in the stay ...) It was an excellent stay; super bright house and the wood stove gives a cozy atmosphere in the evening! In addition, lots of beautiful walks from the house!

Very friendly and helpful reception. Got some tips for good restaurants and also a particular restaurant in the area was discouraged. The cottage was the highest in the park, and that meant climbing stairs, but the view from the terrace certainly makes up for that! The cottage was not super clean, but sufficient. We have only used the ground floor. Upstairs was another bedroom and extra bathroom.

Holiday home 29 was rented by our family together with cottages 7 27 for a family holiday consisting of teenage children and adults from Belgium and the Netherlands. holiday home 29 was occupied by family with 1 teenage girl of 14 and a teenage boy of 12. This house is really modern and design, has a great spacious and bright living room with all multimedia and even DVDs and CDs. The kitchen is minimal but practical and everything is there what you need for 4 people. Pleasant, beautiful spacious and clean bathrooms above and on the ground floor, rooms and beds and bedding in order. Nothing to complain about. the floor heating works very well, it is quickly very pleasantly warm. The sun shines all day and on the terrace. The terrace consists only of pebbles, and has 2 reclining seats and deck chairs. It is pleasant to sit in the sun that shines all day. This cottage has a fantastic far view, it is the highest house of the holiday park which is also very quiet. You have to climb 41 stairs from the parking lot below to get to the cottage. It is difficult for people to get leg up too much to bring luggage upstairs. The stairs have wide and long steps, but without a handrail. A nice pleasant holiday home with lots of light space. Recommended for 4 people.

Le Vieux Sart 29 is located in a truly stunning location. The Ardennes in general and the village of Coo are particularly worth visiting worth. The holiday in itself is neatly groomed except ot some maintenance. The mattresses and beds are in dire need of replacement. One wearing the couch is broken and the heating system leaks which on the ground floor there is a too high humidity. Except we have enjoyed a stiff back from our week Ardenne.

Nice area to walk and relax. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is certainly okay. Kitchen small but well equipped, more it should not be on vakantie.Bedden are rather basic. Humidity in the small bathroom (there was quite a vochtabsorber, but this is not ideal) which has no window. Let incheckuur early uitcheckuur + + quality beds and bathroom I find this rather an expensive stay.

Briefly nice house with a beautiful view. If you look outside, you look right out over the valley and the town of Trois-Pont, where you can go shopping. The cottage had some defects including boiller which is too small. If you shower then there are between three quarters behind each other because the warm water in the boiler is already consumed in excess. Zn 2nd has to do still, but with 4 people it will just niks.Als the house a facelift is definitely worth further a cozy cottage in a beautiful location. There is much to do in the expectoration, you have two business organizations. Coo-life adventures and New outdoor sports where you can book various activities. The dam at Jalhay is certainly worthwhile to look like the caves at Remouchamps.

The 1st day we saw take action against the ascent of 60, but the next day was no problem, we did nothing but uphill, downhill, so yes, that part of this. The cottage was fine, pity that there was no shade above the table and also like in the downstairs bathroom light above the spiegel.Nu we're at it, also in the kitchen amongst the top right boxes fluorescent container is not a luxury. Enjoyed the rest!

We were warned. First a flagstone path up considerably, but you'll be rewarded with a nice and cozy cottage with a terrific uitzicht.De beds are good and all the equipment is working properly. Surprisingly, we also found the wide range of film-DVD 's, music CD' s and tourist documentation. What we found unfortunate was that the terrace is aimed at the West. So no breakfast in the morning. And we found no parasol that could protect us from the fierce midday sun.

Very well located bungalow with privacy, ample view of the valley and daily bird show. Behind the house, you can directly into the woods. Many signposted hiking trails in the area, so ideal for walkers and dog owners. The cabin itself smelt some damp on arrival, but after a few days the weather was super nice and it was just cool. The lack of a lampshade and non-functioning individual heating (due to nagging dog for us) was no problem.I would recommend anyone this cottage.

It is the house of the park with the best views and the most privacy. Cozy cottage. We had poor weather and that meant that the cottage was very damp. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs poor ventilation. Plopsacoo is only 10 minutes away so there you can hear audio, but was not a problem. No satellite TV and DVD player did not. Downstairs bathroom is a lot less luxurious than above. But had a wonderful week and for the rest of the house looks super out!

A nice, but old cottage with stunning views over the valley. There is lots to do in the area: the tour at Francorchamps is a must. Furthermore nice villages in the area, Plopsaland Coo is close, but for our children (6 and 8) too far to walk back, partly because of the hard uphill climb back to the huisje.Het cottage has been refurbished a few years ago and developed by the current owners. There are two bathrooms and two small bedrooms. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is very complete. There is a great stove in which, however, absolutely necessary to get slightly warm. The heating does little (even at 26 degrees). The upper floor is not heated at all, so it is very cold soaking, especially with small children. Bring warm clothes and slippers. There is also a lot of mold, especially in hoeken.Fietsen and walking is doable. From the cottage There is only a small playground at the park, nothing else. Please note that the cottage is on the top spot in the park. The car must remain below, so you need lots of stairs with suitcases and opsjouwen boodschappenkratten.In the village of Coo are many Outd

Briefly nice house with a beautiful view. If you look outside, you look right out over the valley and the town of Trois-Pont, where you can go shopping. The cottage had some defects including boiller which is too small. If you shower then there are between three quarters behind each other because the warm water in the boiler is already consumed in excess. Zn 2nd has to do still, but with 4 people it will just niks.Als the house a facelift is definitely worth further a cozy cottage in a beautiful location. There is much to do in the expectoration, you have two business organizations. Coo-life adventures and New outdoor sports where you can book various activities. The dam at Jalhay is certainly worthwhile to look like the caves at Remouchamps.

We were warned. First a flagstone path up considerably, but you'll be rewarded with a nice and cozy cottage with a terrific uitzicht.De beds are good and all the equipment is working properly. Surprisingly, we also found the wide range of film-DVD 's, music CD' s and tourist documentation. What we found unfortunate was that the terrace is aimed at the West. So no breakfast in the morning. And we found no parasol that could protect us from the fierce midday sun.

Very well located bungalow with privacy, ample view of the valley and daily bird show. Behind the house, you can directly into the woods. Many signposted hiking trails in the area, so ideal for walkers and dog owners. The cabin itself smelt some damp on arrival, but after a few days the weather was super nice and it was just cool. The lack of a lampshade and non-functioning individual heating (due to nagging dog for us) was no problem.I would recommend anyone this cottage.

Upon arrival, and 61 steps of about 1 meter deep further, you eventually arrive at the top of the house in the middle of the forest, which offers an amazing view! Cracks in the outer wall are visible, which was held together with a nail strip (which creates a not very safe feeling when you find this). Once inside, the space in the living room is very nice! Despite the not very large surface, you still get a spacious feeling due to the high ridge and the glass wall, which makes the view a great experience. The cottage itself was very damp, dirty, grubby. But with your mind at 0, you'll get there. The beds are simple, but on the other hand sleep excellent! Both bathrooms are a must. However, when the water has run out, yes, it's all done. Within our midweek 2 days without water (family with 2 young children > 10 years) this is manageable. It would be nicer if the way of water supply were clearly stated in advance and you were not told on arrival, 'it's gone', too bad…. All in all, a survival house in the forest, with a guaranteed beautiful view!

Holiday home 29 was rented by our family together with cottages 7 27 for a family holiday consisting of teenage children and adults from Belgium and the Netherlands. holiday home 29 was occupied by family with 1 teenage girl of 14 and a teenage boy of 12. This house is really modern and design, has a great spacious and bright living room with all multimedia and even DVDs and CDs. The kitchen is minimal but practical and everything is there what you need for 4 people. Pleasant, beautiful spacious and clean bathrooms above and on the ground floor, rooms and beds and bedding in order. Nothing to complain about. the floor heating works very well, it is quickly very pleasantly warm. The sun shines all day and on the terrace. The terrace consists only of pebbles, and has 2 reclining seats and deck chairs. It is pleasant to sit in the sun that shines all day. This cottage has a fantastic far view, it is the highest house of the holiday park which is also very quiet. You have to climb 41 stairs from the parking lot below to get to the cottage. It is difficult for people to get leg up too much to bring luggage upstairs. The stairs have wide and long steps, but without a handrail. A nice pleasant holiday home with lots of light space. Recommended for 4 people.

Het huisje is schitterend gelegen en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet niet beperkt zijn qua trappenlopen, want het zijn er nogal wat. Hoewel het huisje prima is voorzien van wat je nodig hebt, is het qua onderhoud niet je-van-het. Schimmelplekken in de slaap- en badkamer bijvoorbeeld. De trap die wel een laklaagje kan gebruiken. Ook was de schoonmaak niet naar onze tevredenheid en hebben we zelf eerst nog een grondige poetsronde gedaan. De slechte schoonmaak hebben we gemeld bij de receptie. Een zonnescherm aan de schuifpui zou geen overbodige luxe zijn, want zodra de zon op het (vele) glas staat, wordt het al snel heel heet binnen.

Magnificent house, quiet, superb view. Really warm welcome from the person responsible for the site; she is adorable! Just a downside, one of the two toilets does not work (known problem and long wait for repair ...? As well as brown water following a problem with the boiler which is too late to be replaced, apparently ...) it is Too bad! (It deserves a small reduction in the stay ...) It was an excellent stay; super bright house and the wood stove gives a cozy atmosphere in the evening! In addition, lots of beautiful walks from the house!

With four adults looking for a cottage with plenty of privacy regarding sleeping and bathroom areas. That was neatly trimmed. The 1st day we saw take action against the ascent of 60, but the next day was no problem, we did nothing but uphill, downhill, so yes, that part of this. The cottage was fine, pity that there was no shade above the table and also like in the downstairs bathroom light above the spiegel.Nu we're at it, also in the kitchen amongst the top right boxes fluorescent container is not a luxury. Enjoyed the rest!

A nice, but old cottage with stunning views over the valley. There is lots to do in the area: the tour at Francorchamps is a must. Furthermore nice villages in the area, Plopsaland Coo is close, but for our children (6 and 8) too far to walk back, partly because of the hard uphill climb back to the huisje.Het cottage has been refurbished a few years ago and developed by the current owners. There are two bathrooms and two small bedrooms. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is very complete. There is a great stove in which, however, absolutely necessary to get slightly warm. The heating does little (even at 26 degrees). The upper floor is not heated at all, so it is very cold soaking, especially with small children. Bring warm clothes and slippers. There is also a lot of mold, especially in hoeken.Fietsen and walking is doable. From the cottage There is only a small playground at the park, nothing else. Please note that the cottage is on the top spot in the park. The car must remain below, so you need lots of stairs with suitcases and opsjouwen boodschappenkratten.In the village of Coo are many Outd

This bungalow is in my opinion the best location within the park. In the woods behind you and a beautiful view over the valley from Trois Ponts in the background. The bungalow has a pleasant modern atmosphere with a spacious living room, kitchen and modern bathroom. Disk doors provide access to the terrace. The location of this bungalow you have enough privacy. Other bungalows within the park miss above, making this bungalow is truly unique.

Le Vieux Sart 29 is located in a truly stunning location. The Ardennes in general and the village of Coo are particularly worth visiting worth. The holiday in itself is neatly groomed except ot some maintenance. The mattresses and beds are in dire need of replacement. One wearing the couch is broken and the heating system leaks which on the ground floor there is a too high humidity. Except we have enjoyed a stiff back from our week Ardenne.

It is the house of the park with the best views and the most privacy. Cozy cottage. We had poor weather and that meant that the cottage was very damp. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs poor ventilation. Plopsacoo is only 10 minutes away so there you can hear audio, but was not a problem. No satellite TV and DVD player did not. Downstairs bathroom is a lot less luxurious than above. But had a wonderful week and for the rest of the house looks super out!

Very friendly and helpful reception. Got some tips for good restaurants and also a particular restaurant in the area was discouraged. The cottage was the highest in the park, and that meant climbing stairs, but the view from the terrace certainly makes up for that! The cottage was not super clean, but sufficient. We have only used the ground floor. Upstairs was another bedroom and extra bathroom.

This is the third time we have stayed at this fine spot. This time also with a little girl of 2. The cottage is located on the highest spot in the quiet park, but after some considerable effort you come to a fine accommodation with, in our opinion, everything you need. And it is clean on arrival! The view from the terrace at the front is still beautiful! in the vicinity there is plenty to see and do. For us it was again enjoying!
