I loved the spacious design, all the essentials in the kitchen for cooking, and the garden is perfect for relaxing at sunset. The host was very calm; it felt like home. Just bring your own towels and sheets, but it's not a big deal.

Outside furniture is starting to show its age. Overall it is a cold house, take this into account when you book during winter time. There were almost no cleaning materials or additional garbage bags. Overall, it is ok and has a very good price for quality.

Great price-quality ratio! Everything was well maintained and the owner was super friendly. Noticed that some areas could use a bit of an update, but nothing major. The garden and terrace were perfect for summer evenings. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Pas assez de place then la cuisine pour mettre des choses, tous est plain . (quelques armoires suspendues..)Pas de Verre a bierre on a acheter 2, et 3 boite pour le micro onde. Les 2 salles de bains et piece douche : pas de douche ni ridaux de douche dans les salles de bain ? Tres petit bain de douche dans la salle a douche et tres mal place wc prend trop de place. , dangereux! chauffage electricque dans la salle the shower. chauff electrique dans la salle de bain après usez 2 foix ne marche plus... Pass assez de porte serviette ou armoire then salle de douche et salles de bain, surtout avec beaucoup de personnes . Terasse très haut levelx jardin, faire un petit escalier peut etre..... mettre goutière au toit terasse ( c"est de la de la boue maintenant) Pas assez de bon balayeuse des pieds on behind 1. (on est dans les bois et boue) , ni bonne brosse ni bon raclette pour le netoyer le sol (tres tres tres vieux) on a trouve hereusement un bon aspirateur dans la salle a ping pong, pas de gants a four... La lumière dehors sur le parking est trop faible les arbres cache tout, et il faut trouver soi meme, le grand ballon sur la route il faut l"allumer a coté de la balustrade coté bois, la lumière noel, dans la salle de pingpong... coté jardin okay. le garage n"est plus pour les locataires. Le jardin est asser bien cloture (pour des chiens ), mais il faut certainement faire le tour, les petites portes... La fumé des voisins , aucun moustiquaire dans les fenetre, pas de baton special pour les velux on a utiliser un rateau. au moins 6 fois tous refaire (les flamands ne conaisse pas cette tadaam sattel

the accommodation is TIP TOP, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, on the house there is little to notice, the environment is very deserted, you step outside right into the forest. For smaller children it is only conditionally suitable. The gallery with the lower railings and the cross bars and the very, very steep stairs are risky. The weekend was destined to spend with 9 friends in total. One of the few downsides was unfortunately already directly upon arrival. Upon arrival the door was open and the house owner was present to welcome and explain a word. The house was heated and tidy. The bathrooms we found for renovation. A shower cubicle whose door was replaced by a curtain, no shower faucet that is automatically set to the temperature. The other two bathrooms had a bath and a shower head but there was no glass screen or curtain available. No toilet downstairs was no problem for us but for other companions this could be so. All is in stock and the space is big. A pleasant terrace with barbecue and a closed large garden were a nice plus, especially for the dogs that came with. A lack of polish but no vacuum cleaner. That's a must we find.

Cottage was neat and cared for on arrival! We have a lovely walk in the area. The dishwasher did not work properly at first. My father has examined the spraying arms, and after removing glass shards and food remains, the dishwasher did the weather perfectly. Very nice location, right on the edge of the forest. Hikes from the house possible (Schiefferstolen, Vielsalm lake). Large garden with good barbecue and large veranda that gives protection even in heavy rain. Enough space for 8 or 10 adults and also different lounges, so that one can also stay out of the way. Really a must, upon arrival the owner was on site, a very friendly man, he told us where everything was and how to find, and was open to our questions. Great house in a beautiful setting. We were with 10 men, especially for mountain biking. Owner had been standing outside the high-pressure sprayer. More than enough stuff (kitchen, beds, etc.) to make the stay very pleasant. Only downside we found the chairs in the living room / kitchen. Those are not really comfortable, especially after a few hours of mountain biking. For us it was all in all a wonderful place, great house where we return again very much next year.

Very nice location, right on the edge of the forest. Hikes from the house possible (Schiefferstolen, Vielsalm lake). Large garden with good barbecue and large veranda that gives protection even in heavy rain. Enough space for 8 or 10 adults and also different lounges, so that one can also stay out of the way. Lots of seating so you can sit together and play games or watch TV. Three bathrooms, but only upstairs toilets. Who runs bad stairs has a problem. House is equipped with everything, what you need. Only a few larger coffee mugs would be good and the dishwasher did not work properly. As a base for touring to Luxembourg, Dinant, Caves of Han, paddling in la Roche etc very well.

Cottage was neat and cared for on arrival! We have a lovely walk in the area. The dishwasher did not work properly at first. My father has examined the spraying arms, and after removing glass shards and food remains, the dishwasher did the weather perfectly. Nice large garden, perfect for playing with small children and dogs! We want to go back again!

Nice quiet location in the woods. You walk straight from the house into the woods. The house is good in terms of price / quality ratio. Do not expect exaggerated luxury. It is annoying, for example, that if you are in the shower and elsewhere in the house a tap is turned open and you have cold water.Advice to the homeowner for a number of fresh keep cans or boxes.

the accommodation is TIP TOP, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, on the house there is little to notice, the environment is very deserted, you step outside right into the forest. Maybe a bit far from everything, but that also has its benefits. According to GOOGLE, the house was at the end of the road, on the left, in reality it is on the right, so that we ended up on a mud and dredged away. We regretted the weather we were hoping for snow (a bit) but got rain. All in all a good week in a comfortable house. Only minus point, that there is no toilet downstairs

We spent a very nice family weekend in La Canadienne. The house was fully equipped. Outside it was very cold (we even had snow from Saturday to Sunday), but nice and warm inside. The wifi did not work, but we did not miss it at all. The large square dining table was very cozy for our large group. The house is ideally situated as a base for beautiful walks

Our party consisted of 9 people, the youngest is 22, the oldest 56. Everyone enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and big, so that everyone could do their own thing. The (covered) terrace provided extra space. The fully enclosed garden is ideal for our two dogs that were with us.

It was a clean house. The area is beautifully situated right next to a forest and a river flows down the path. Children played wonderfully. There is also plenty to do around Recht.

Enjoyed a week of rest with two families with young children (1-4) The only inconvenient is that the only toilet 's sitting on the first floor. Also, not all easy steps to shield the children. But for us, this proved not really a problem.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. The accommodation was tip-top. Very spacious terrace and large well-fenced garden. Very quiet location near the walking network. One minus, there was no toilet on the ground floor.

Although we arrived much earlier, the key handover was no problem. The house is generous and nicely furnished. However, a ground plan would have been helpful in the run-up. For smaller children it is only conditionally suitable. The gallery with the lower railings and the cross bars and the very, very steep stairs are risky. The table kicker in the entrance area was great. The large dining table also us very well. Like the veranda and the table outside. The children have the garden and the forest very much enjoyed.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, you can walking shoes immediately. The cool weather did not allow us to enjoy the terrace but also inside it was certainly pleasant stay. We were 8 and had plenty of room. And our two dogs enjoyed the garden!

Very nice house, very spacious and well maintained. The location is fantastic: very quiet with many hiking opportunities. The house is perfectly furnished, everything and even more is provided. You can feel that the owners do everything they can to give their guests a nice holiday or weekend. Highly recommended ! Perfect price / quality, a minus: wifi is only provided for 1 room, but that cannot exceed all the positive;)

It was a very pleasant stay. Beautiful house, clean and cosy. Also a very nice place in the end of the street, next to the forest. The host was very friendly. We would defenitly come back and enjoy the quitness and nature in this amazing wooden cabine!

We, a group of 8 friends, enjoyed a wonderful holiday in the nice spacious house with enough bedrooms and bathroom. It is a pity that there is no toilet on the ground floor. We can make beautiful walks from the house, enjoyed the sunny garden, cook tasty and also bridged! We like to go next year to la Canadienne again. r

had fun family week with 10 people (13 yr t \/ m 86jr) in the cottage in law. The house is spacious and features a beautiful garden and porch. Inside it is equipped with many amenities, plenty of good seating, a well equipped kitchen, wifi, white goods, and also covers the quilts (which we did not have to carry, pillowcases and fitted sheets are however necessary) The owner \/ neighbors are helpful and friendly. The house was VERY clean upon arrival, which is certainly a good start. Walking in the area is a must. You step into the woods from the door. These paths are not suitable for the very young and people who have difficulty walking. Lots of nice places around and you're so in Germany or Luxembourg. Right in itself is a good bakery \/ patisserie for fresh bread and pastries !. The lack of a toilet at the BMA is lost if you look at the price \/ quality ratio of this house. A must regard us

A nice and large house located directly on the edge of the forest, ideal for a larger group. It is the last house before the forest so wonderfully quiet. The garden is completely fenced off so ideal with the children and our dogs. Everything is present in the house from bath seat to iron. Welcomed by the friendly Dutch-speaking owner.

Very spacious detached stone chalet with fenced backyard. Very quiet and right on large forests with hiking network Ost Belgien. Bicycle Ravel crosses the village. Bring your own cards because there is nothing. Horeca, bakers neighborhood shop in "t village. Smart TV, good wifi tadaam, this year (Oct "22) good mobile phone reception. 2 lounges, large dining room, large rooms... A bit outdated but very clean. The friendly owner lives in the same street and speaks fluent Flemish, French, German... Ideal for walkers (with dog) and cyclists.

There is no toilet downstairs. The bathrooms and toilets can all not be locked. Little lighting outside. Seat cushions on the chairs are very thin. Otherwise a great stay. Beds are made on arrival and beds are good. Space in the house is generous.

Pleasant, spacious and cozy home where we are with eight adults and two small children stayed very fine. From the grounds of the house you walk right into the forest which is also very nice. House is further clean.

Upon arrival the door was open and the house owner was present to welcome and explain a word. The house was heated and tidy. The bathrooms we found for renovation. A shower cubicle whose door was replaced by a curtain, no shower faucet that is automatically set to the temperature. The other two bathrooms had a bath and a shower head but there was no glass screen or curtain available. No toilet downstairs was no problem for us but for other companions this could be so. All is in stock and the space is big. A pleasant terrace with barbecue and a closed large garden were a nice plus, especially for the dogs that came with. A lack of polish but no vacuum cleaner. That's a must we find.

We had a wonderful week with our girlfriends club, had a nice walk, enjoyed the garden, drank delicious drinks and ate delicious. Despite the simple housing we enjoyed the beautiful garden and the surroundings. But we decided to go for a little more comfort.

The weekend was destined to spend with 9 friends in total. One of the few downsides was unfortunately already directly upon arrival. The key could be picked up in the house next door with the same number. The person who did it open had no idea what I rang the bell and communicate in Dutch or English was not an option. After some sign language appeared in front of the house just opened and we just went inside. For the rest of the weekend we then not gezien.Buiten basket that ensured the entrance of the house for a good first impression. Housekeeping was fine, kitchen more than spacious enough and there were more than enough sleeping and bedroom. The number of bathroom was doable for a large group. Cottage has a great porch to eat together and in the backyard with the BBQ is also a place to eat together. View is beautiful and in good weather very day in the sun tuin.Al with all the cottage stay fine for a large group of friends that you have all to yourself. Price / quality ratio was favorable with little additional cost. Definitely recommended if you can keep yourself doing well at the site.
