This place is perfect for families. We took our children and they loved the garden and the space to play. The cottage is really spacious and clean, and the hosts were very welcoming. Great place for a group outing!

We have rented the holiday home with 24 people at the end of July 2018 in very hot weather. Upon arrival, the large refrigerator was broken. That this piece was already mentioned in a review of 2016! The two dishwashers were also broken! The result was that the cutlery and crockery was dirty in the cupboards. That these dishwashers were broken was also mentioned in a review of 2016. A rule of the house was that everyone had to sit inside after 22h00 with the windows and doors closed. And this in summer temperatures of 28 degrees! In short, price / quality, this house is far too expensive!

Friendly lady. Everything well explained. The sauna did not work. The heating was in the living room but to a limited temperature. For the rest, the kitchen and seating area was very spacious. We had 2 days of nice weather so our weekend was successful.

The bedrooms were comfortable and tidy. The fact that they are well separated from the living areas is a plus, no noise when you go to sleep a little earlier than the plakkers.De kitchen appliances need to be replaced. 2 dishwashers still do the dishes by hand, because otherwise the dishes were not clean. Sauna and jacuzzi we could not use because they were broken. Price of the property so it was relatively high considering the defects. Nice quiet area.

We stayed in this house with one group of friends. The owner was more than 45 minutes late to bring the key. Upon arrival, there was no replacement available and we were not allowed to use the meeting room. However, this was mutually dissolved. The sauna was not working (Fuse jump off the 30sec) showers in the lounge area were defective in one bedroom there was a nightlight defect was repaired with tape and dangerous short gave in use. The refrigerators were not working properly, we were chilled until Sunday morning at all. Just before we left back started leaking roof but here we had no more trouble. Briefly, we still got a lot less quality than what was promised. Had to this work, it was a wonderful stay!

The house is pretty big, enough rooms, all rooms have private bathrooms. But the decor, furniture, inventory, needs to be renewed. Everything is old and what grubby. Pillows are worn. Kettle missing, there is a large refrigerator that is broken. All in all quite messy, it would refurbish a piece with some new stuff. Can certainly be cleaned better. We found the house expensive if you look at what you get in return. Setting fantastic, wonderfull garden already missing the slide and play furniture for children Unfortunately, while it stood on the photo. Pity. But fortunately had a good weekend, and the lady was very friendly.

Constantly present during the weekend, taking away parasols when they had not asked for them and a lot of hassle with closing. They charge different costs than in the contract, even double the rate for energy. Note that. If you produce more dirt than fits in the two bins (with 28 people, the latter is likely) they charge a lot of extra costs. In our case almost 50 euros. A week later they also came up with a claim for a dirty duvet, even though this had not been found during an inspection. My tip would be to look further before you book this. Because if you say something about something, they will shout at you, especially in French. Very customer unfriendly owners.

Fantastic place for our traditional Easter weekend with good friends. The house is spacious and equipped with almost everything you need, but does not fall into the "Luxury" category. The spacious general area and the fact that each room has a bathroom is nice. The view and the surroundings are also great. What's a bit off then? During the tour on arrival, the phrase "but it's broken" regularly sounded. And given the previous reviews, none of those things have broken recently. The blame was placed on "children", but it is of course logical that when people live in a house, sometimes something breaks. And then you get it fixed, right? There are no duvets, but woolen blankets. In some rooms there was a persistent sewage smell (in most of them this was gone after flushing the shower, but not everywhere). According to the guests on the top floor, the temperature of the shower could hardly be adjusted. On the middle and lower floors it was possible to take a shower. Given the reasonable rental price compared to other large group houses, we still arrive at a good price-quality ratio. And thanks to the good company, the beautiful weather and the new BBQ, it was another great Easter weekend!

We had a few great days of seminars in the Ardennes. Arrived with 25 people of Aachen. The room layout was very good, great equipped kitchen and enough space to the group sometimes to share and keep separate blocks. Employment evening was well taken care of with football field, table football and billiards! WiFi was also available on site! Double beds are 1.40 m wide and have a Bettdecke.Alles in all, a pretty perfect house for our purposes! We will come back.
