This house has a beautiful location. The view is magnificent! But the house itself has many defects. Urgently needs to be renovated and to fix up! A selection of what is broken: - loose door handles - poorly functioning dishwasher - broken door to the terrace - broken foosball table - lamps that do not work (and thus a fairly dark living space) - unusable kitchen cabinets because the doors are broken - not cleaned properly upon arrival - too few pillows (only 9 available for 14 people) - too thin duvets (fortunately, it wasn't too cold outside) - no night lamps in the rooms - too little cutlery for 11 people (certainly not enough for 14 ;-) ) - too few glasses and no beer glasses available - refrigerator does not work well and no vegetable drawer, only a large space at the bottom - mattresses are really dirty to sleep on - no handles on some cabinets things that did not match the proposed photos: - too few seats - no ping pong table - no darts Email sent to owners but they did not respond.

Beautiful large house. There were a few small points that were a bit less, such as the couch and the balcony. However, there is a very nice view. We had a lovely vacation.

We had a lovely weekend in Hastiere and the surrounding area. The accommodation was great, beautiful location and equipped with all conveniences. Unfortunately, we had to clean some things ourselves upon arrival, it was really quite dirty. There is definitely still much to improve in terms of cleanliness. We reported a number of issues in the accommodation to the contact person, hoping they will do something about it.

The house was spacious and had a nice view, but many things were damaged or not working properly.
The dishwasher was not working as the drain seemed to be blocked. Our bed was broken, as was the sofa armrest, the bathroom furniture, the net and balls of the table tennis, the toilet door handle, one of the bedroom"s curtain, the parasol,... I would not recommend this house until all these things are repaired or replaced. Also the communication about getting access to the house was confusing and contradictory. We received a code to enter the house, but could only find the key on the second day, as it was in a different location than was communicated. I emailed the owners but never received an answer.

There was a smell in the bathrooms and in the upstairs toilet

There are not enough plates, glasses, dishes. But really too little.

The dishwasher functioned so badly that we had to wash everything again.

On the terrace are two small bbqs filled with cigarette butts.

The tables on the terrace are a bit shaky.

We had a very good weekend. The weather was great and the house itself is really good and solid. It just needs a small investment

a very large beautiful house spacious bedrooms, also the kitchen and dining room room enough to stay with us 13 people 1 minus point to note is unfortunately no toilet / bathroom on the second floor and perhaps as a tip place a second refrigerator somewhere (in the garage-relaxation room) but otherwise nothing to criticize fantastic enjoyed it worth repeating 👍🏻☺️

Had a good, pleasant stay.Beautiful, spacious and comfortable holiday home, well located and beautiful views.More than spacious enough for 14 people.Outside of limited wear, traces of use, damage from previous use, the house is in good condition.2 minor negatives:-Too high humidity on arrival, mechanical ventilation installed after arrival, but seemed little and no extraction in bathrooms. It is necessary to open the windows to ventilate enough, which is a pity for a fairly recent home. -The dishwasher did not work properly or had to be thoroughly cleaned, maintained. The dishes were not clean, ok on the 2nd attempt on a more intensive program. We then washed everything by hand.

the house is beautiful with a great view, but it has many small defects and therefore needs maintenance, but the worst was that somewhere on the 1st floor a siphon is probably broken, so that there was a sewage air on the entire 1st floor. if this would be remedied for the next guests it would be a great stay.

Beautiful new house with lots of space and fantastic views. Bathroom and kitchen are neat and practical. Very nice area for nature walks. The photos of the living room are not correct, there is seating in the seat for 6 people instead of 12 and our group thought that was a shame. Otherwise highly recommended!

Very nice and big house. Enough space (we were only 9 but it is also big enough for 14) very well-kept kitchen, sitting area, rooms and bathrooms! The dining room chairs may need replacing and the sofa may have been a little cramped but these are really the only comments I can make. Very nice view! Very nice area for walking or cycling. Close to cozy restaurants, Brasserie Caracole and Dinant. A really great experience that I will not soon forget and recommend to everyone!

Price / quality correct. Nice location with beautiful view over Maas valley. House without too many frills but good layout, spacious table, spacious living room with nappy area for everyone. Improvement points: provided that a very small investment in small kitchen utensils (pots, dishes) becomes a lot more pleasant cooking / serving. Sinks on first floor do not run well due to unpleasant odor. Dishwasher is oi ready for a check-up ... (even after pre-rinsing not properly cleaned). (no space for both).

Very nice house. Brilliant view. One comment dishwasher did not work well, dishes were far from clean after use. The result was washing the dishes yourself. We also removed a lot of "half-washed" plates from the cupboard.

There were a few small things missing, WiFi was hard to find, TV was connected incorrectly but the house offered all the necessary comfort. We had a number of small children in our company and then you have to be very careful with the stairs to the upper floor.

Accommodation was very nice, clean and has a great location with a view. Unfortunately, it did not work with the wifi, and there was house rule for the garbage disposal. The large garbage bin was locked and we had no access. On the first floor was the drainpipe from the sink broken (drips when in use) shower fitting from the first bathroom (right) did not settle Temparaturmäßig. But we felt very comfortable and had a very nice weekend.

We had a great time at the holiday home in Hastière! The views of the Maas Valley were breathtaking and offered great photo opportunities. The place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. We spent our mornings on the terrace, drinking coffee and simply enjoying the peace. The location is perfect for hiking, and there is a cute market nearby. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but honestly, it didn't bother us to be offline for a while. Would definitely recommend this place for a fun short vacation with friends or family!

Arrival was fine, everything was in the places indicated and the house was nice and spacious with large windows and fantastic views. The area was beautiful, as we know it in the Ardennes.

The arrival went very well. Everything was perfect and very clean. Very nice cottage very well equipped. It would take just 2 additional grills for the oven and a new barbecue. We will come back. Spectacular view.

Very nice house. Brilliant view. One comment dishwasher did not work well, dishes were far from clean after use. The result was washing the dishes yourself. We also removed a lot of "half-washed" plates from the cupboard.

There were a few small things missing, WiFi was hard to find, TV was connected incorrectly but the house offered all the necessary comfort. We had a number of small children in our company and then you have to be very careful with the stairs to the upper floor.

Our weekend went very well, the accommodation was as we expected, spacious and modern, with all the necessary facilities, the view of the valley is breathtaking and is certainly the highlight of the house. Accommodation was very nice, clean and has a great location with a view. Unfortunately, it did not work with the wifi, and there was house rule for the garbage disposal. The large garbage bin was locked and we had no access. On the first floor was the drainpipe from the sink broken (drips when in use) shower fitting from the first bathroom (right) did not settle Temparaturmäßig. But we felt very comfortable and had a very nice weekend.

House is beautifully situated on a hill so you have a very nice view of the pasture area. Inside, the house is very spacious and well equipped. Many kitchen utensils. Furthermore, all rooms are very spacious with nice beds. Overall highly recommended.
