Cozy and spacious house located in a quiet area with plenty of natural light. Due to the 10 separate bedrooms, there is ample privacy. The views from the bedrooms on the top floor and from the children's play area overlooking the living room give the house a playful character. The kitchen is spacious and has 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators, and has enough dishes and cutlery for multiple meals. There is a 20-person table inside, but there is also a similarly large table with chairs on the patio overlooking the well-maintained garden, and again under the shelter where the barbecue is located. The reception was very friendly.

House is great. We have been coming since 2014. (2020 banned by the government) Kitchen very large, well equipped. 2 Dishwashers are handy. 1 Large fridge, and a second combination fridge/freezer. More than enough pots and pans; a few years ago we remarked that the non-stick pans were in poor condition because the tenants do not take care of them. Now there are new pans. In great condition. Large living space; covered terrace; uncovered terrace: plenty of space. Very large fireplace; (we bring pieces of wood from home that we can't fit in the stove because they are too big) There is also a stock of wood ready under the terrace. For us: 98%. To be able to give the last 2%: For our group (20 people) an extra fridge would be handy, as we cook everything ourselves. It would also be nice if there were some regular beer glasses (pils and special beer model). (No brand needs to be on them, the model is sufficient...) Water and wine glasses are more than sufficiently present, by the way. Dirk Dehertog But we didn't see that. We are very satisfied, otherwise we wouldn't go for 10 years in a row.

We enjoyed our stay in this special holiday home with three families, a converted old barn with high ceilings and beautiful wooden beams. That creates a lot of atmosphere, although some dust inevitably remains due to the height – something that is actually unavoidable. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean (enough), although you always find some crumbs in the drawers, just like at home. Well, you notice that the house has already been rented out a lot: there were some broken or loose light fixtures on the wall and there was mold here and there in the bathrooms. In terms of space, the house is fantastic: each family had their own floor with bedrooms, bathroom, and toilet. This way, you still have your privacy, even though you are staying together. Outside, there is plenty of play space, a small play structure (in need of maintenance), a petanque court with balls – a nice activity – and sufficient parking space. The view over the hills is beautiful. The train runs regularly, but we didn't have any trouble with that; the children actually enjoyed watching it. The surroundings are perfect for hiking enthusiasts. A recommendation is the barefoot path in Gouvy (about a 35-minute drive). The path itself is 3.5 km long, fun and varied, sometimes challenging but doable for everyone. One tip: bring dry clothes! All in all, a wonderfully spacious house in a beautiful location, with some signs of intensive use here and there, but a nice place for a cozy stay with multiple families.

It is a beautiful large house, extremely suitable for a group of 19 people. Plenty of space in the house and also plenty of space around the house. Various play options, both indoors and outdoors. We often made use of the spacious veranda. Highly recommended.

nous avons passé une cousinades merveilleuse. La maison était vraiment au delà de nos attentes. On était à 21 et on se sentait vraiment bien. C'était un vrai havre de paix. Les enfants , on ne les a pratiquement pas entendus, occupés dans la salle de jeu à l'intérieur ou dans les places communes, sinon directement dehors. Le calme aux alentours, avec quelques promenades, nous a tous ressourcé. La personne qui s'occupe du gîte a été très charmante. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour une autre occasion. Maison à recommander pour un groupe de personnes qui désirent le calme, visiter certains endroits aux alentours (facile d'accès avec l'autoroute un peu plus loin),... . En tout cas, nous avons été très satisfait et heureux.

We have spent a long weekend several times with friends in this beautiful holiday home. The size is ideal for a larger group and the location is perfect - quiet and close to nature, yet still near many recreational activities. The facilities leave nothing to be desired: the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together, and the cozy living room invites to long game and conversation evenings. The large garden, barbecue area, and beautiful terrace are highlights for relaxing hours outdoors. However, some minor repairs and renovations are necessary. The furniture shows some noticeable signs of use, and some walls could use a new coat of paint. These minor issues do not detract from our overall positive impression. We are looking forward to our next visit to this lovely holiday home!

Beautiful house in a remote area so plenty of peace and quiet. In terms of maintenance, some things may need to be done, but that should not spoil the fun for us. What was annoying was the temperature. The heating remained on and it was very warm (even in March), which made heating costs higher than necessary. a shame for the wallet but also the environment. Despite the minor flaws, we could easily end up here again later in the year.

I would find it nicer, and more logical, if that also has to be transferred. that there is wifi, this unfortunately works very bad !! GOOD lots of stuff available for cooking. Large garden where you can sit and play. Great BBQ, many bathrooms available. Good beds, two nice play rooms for large and smaller children. Lots of space inside and out. Many children's items available such as plates, 2 beds, cutlery, 1 high chair and 2 chairs for children over 3 years. 2 dishwashers which is really great with a large group of people. We were kindly received and the arrival and departure time was very flexible. We were able to stay in the house on Sunday until 8 pm, which gave us a wonderful weekend. while the weather was great. This is calculated in the costs of the electricity. I didn't find this so neat. The parasol was broken and the second parasol could not be properly secured. In the back garden there was actually no shade which is not possible during a hot weekend. There are 2 stair gates, and the other stairs are unprotected. We had to come up with creative solutions for this ourselves. There is no nice fire pit or fireplace for outside campfire. The house is super noisy. If you want to sleep, bring earplugs. The lady who received us spoke no English, only French.

Nice cozy home that has a lot to offer but unfortunately not enough to be maintained. With a small effort in maintenance and weekly cleaning, the property could be restored. Dishwashers (2 so thought about) do not wash off properly, football table shows some problems and this is not being made, bathrooms are no longer "fresh" ... kitchen cabinets are pretty dirty. We were something sooner agreed but that was not a problem. It would have been useful for me to prepare for the lady to speak French only, but we finally understood each other! The house is absolutely amazing !!! We were with 17 people, each had their own bedroom. The game / games room in the basement was also great for the youngsters from our group. We have been able to spend a lot of time in the big grass field, played. The covered porch was very suitable for the barbecue and in the living room cozy corners so that you could divide yourself. The long table was amazing and we had the fireplace every night! All in all it was a great weekend !!

Friendly reception! The accommodation was in perfect order and completely like the pictures online. In reality, the rooms are larger than the pictures suggest. A very quiet environment, we were asked not to make any noise outdoors after 10 pm. We kept to this and had no problem with the neighbors. We had the pleasure of starting our own little village when we stayed with 22 people in this fantastic holiday home.



From the moment we entered the holiday home, there was a lot of excitement. It was spacious enough to accommodate us and had all the amenities we could ever want. The kitchen was so well equipped that we felt like we were our own version of "MasterChef". Who needs restaurants when you have a 22-person cooking team?



The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and we even had enough space.



However, the highlights of our stay were the joint activities. The house had a huge yard that was perfect for our wild outdoor games. We had races, soccer tournaments and even an epic water fight. It felt like we were back in our childhood - only with more knee pain and back creams. The evenings were just as entertaining.



All in all, our stay in the holiday home with 22 people was an unforgettable experience. It was like a big family getting together to have fun together for a week. We created so many treasured memories that we will continue to tell stories for years to come.



We can't wait to come back for more adventures. The "power crew" of 22 is ready to take on the world again - and we will be using this vacation home as our base!

A very spacious holiday home with sufficient accommodations for young and old. Our experience was sufficient compared to other properties that we have booked as a family weekend (19p). Plus point: large living room with 2 sitting areas (floor heating is a highlight here), kitchen with all facilities, comfortable beds with accompanying bathrooms, very large garden for outdoor activities young and old, no noise from outside (eg train). Downside: unwanted visits from mice in the bedrooms and on arrival the house was not thoroughly cleaned (mice droppings on the beds)

It is a super cozy house with wonderful beds in a beautiful setting. Wake up in the morning with the cows that greet you in front of your window and in the evening go through the day with a glass of wine by the large fireplace. Positive: Very nice house in a quiet, secluded location. Plenty of sleeping quarters and ample bathrooms/toilets, perfect for larger groups. Comfortably furnished. Large and well equipped kitchen, long dining table, great garden. Easy arrival & handover. Negative: The furniture in the outdoor area should be replaced: Many broken chairs & loungers. The playground equipment (including table tennis bats and balls, ...) should also be procured again. Defective, damaged panes (risk of injury).

Arrival was fine, we were allowed to arrive a bit earlier after consultation. The fact that we could not rent bed linen and towels was a minus point. The area in view was beautiful. Nature etc too. Unfortunately no nice villages where you could sit on a terrace or where there were restaurants. Reasonably sad. Especially Neufchatau.

A beautiful, large house with a great kitchen and lounges. The terrace is also in a great location and sufficiently furnished for many people. For children there is a playroom inside and outside sandpit and swing. We all (22 people) felt very comfortable.

Fantastic house, large and yet cozy. Enjoyed with the whole family, everyone, from the oldest (89 years) to the youngest (1j5), had a good time. Nice walk in the neighborhood. Spacious living room, spacious kitchen with sufficient dining and cooking utensils, spacious rooms, good beds, delightful covered terrace oriented west. Storage space in the rooms is limited, sufficient for a weekend, too little for a longer period but this is the only downside. Warm reception. We will definitely come back here!

Very friendly reception. The house was very clean.Beautiful view. The nearby train track did not bother us. The freight trains only heard in the first night. People seem to get used to it quickly. Very nice cozy holiday. Big enough. Kids could do their thing without being noisy for the parents. Blessed beds. Train not heard. However, some additional costs have to be paid for consumption, € 186. everything is well present in the kitchen. If I have to look for weaknesses, Very hard chairs and 1 refrigerator that did not cool as well. To rent bed linen would be great. There they have the perfect opportunity, washing machine present. GOOD lots of stuff available for cooking. Large garden where you can sit and play. Great BBQ, many bathrooms available. Good beds, two nice play rooms for large and smaller children. Lots of space inside and out. Many children's items available such as plates, 2 beds, cutlery, 1 high chair and 2 chairs for children over 3 years. 2 dishwashers which is really great with a large group of people. We were kindly received and the arrival and departure time was very flexible. We were able to stay in the house on Sunday until 8 pm, which gave us a wonderful weekend. while the weather was great. This is calculated in the costs of the electricity. I didn't find this so neat. The parasol was broken and the second parasol could not be properly secured. In the back garden there was actually no shade which is not possible during a hot weekend. There are 2 stair gates, and the other stairs are unprotected. We had to come up with creative solutions for this ourselves. There is no nice fire pit or fireplace for outside campfire. The house is super noisy. If you want to sleep, bring earplugs. The lady who received us spoke no English, only French.

Friendly reception! The accommodation was in perfect order and completely like the pictures online. In reality, the rooms are larger than the pictures suggest. A very quiet environment, we were asked not to make any noise outdoors after 10 pm. We kept to this and had no problem with the neighbors. The house looks a bit more chic on photos, and more especially caretaker. I find it annoying that you have to take so much cash with you for the guarantee. We were something sooner agreed but that was not a problem. It would have been useful for me to prepare for the lady to speak French only, but we finally understood each other! The house is absolutely amazing !!! We were with 17 people, each had their own bedroom. The game / games room in the basement was also great for the youngsters from our group. We have been able to spend a lot of time in the big grass field, played. The covered porch was very suitable for the barbecue and in the living room cozy corners so that you could divide yourself. The long table was amazing and we had the fireplace every night! All in all it was a great weekend !!

We had the pleasure of starting our own little village when we stayed with 22 people in this fantastic holiday home.



From the moment we entered the holiday home, there was a lot of excitement. It was spacious enough to accommodate us and had all the amenities we could ever want. The kitchen was so well equipped that we felt like we were our own version of "MasterChef". Who needs restaurants when you have a 22-person cooking team?



The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and we even had enough space.



However, the highlights of our stay were the joint activities. The house had a huge yard that was perfect for our wild outdoor games. We had races, soccer tournaments and even an epic water fight. It felt like we were back in our childhood - only with more knee pain and back creams. The evenings were just as entertaining.



All in all, our stay in the holiday home with 22 people was an unforgettable experience. It was like a big family getting together to have fun together for a week. We created so many treasured memories that we will continue to tell stories for years to come.



We can't wait to come back for more adventures. The "power crew" of 22 is ready to take on the world again - and we will be using this vacation home as our base!

Nice cozy home that has a lot to offer but unfortunately not enough to be maintained. With a small effort in maintenance and weekly cleaning, the property could be restored. We had a great stay at La Ferme de Lavaux. The house is beautifully decorated, very open, charming and authentic. Many cozy corners and something for everyone. Very child friendly for different ages. We'll definitely be back! For the poorer sleepers, it is important to know that the sleeping area is not closed off from the living areas with an extra door, so you have to take that into account in terms of noise. But it didn't bother us at all!

A very nice, large and, above all, clean house! We were very satisfied. The large fireplace room offers plenty of space for the children to play and run around.
