This place has an incredible atmosphere! Super spacious, and the sauna is really nice after a long day of hiking. Perfect for group outings, and the pool is a real asset. Plus, you can bring your pets, which is a big plus. A quiet place to relax and recharge.

Spacious and welcoming! We loved the atmosphere of the living room with the fireplace, especially on cold nights. The kids had a lot of fun with the billiards and ping pong. We would definitely return!

The highlight of our trip was the beautiful sauna and the relaxing evenings by the pool. We also enjoyed the nearby trails, perfect for morning walks. The only downside was the distance from the nearest supermarket, but it was manageable.

The house is really large and has everything you need. I mean, 16 bedrooms? That's fantastic! We had so much fun playing billiards and enjoying barbecue evenings on the terrace. The only downside was the check-in time, which felt a bit late, but overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful cottage with all facilities. Ideal for a large group and close to La Roche en Ardenne and Durbuy. The pool and sauna are delightful. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook nicely. It's also nice that there is a bar where you can sit comfortably. In winter, energy consumption in the house is high. You need to pay attention to all the heating; otherwise, you may encounter unexpectedly high costs. We would love to come back again!

We stayed in a beautiful house. There were a few details that could be improved, namely: there are no decent ping pong paddles, there was no TV cable for the connection, and there was no chalk for the cue of the pool table.

Had telephone contact in advance to be allowed in the house a little earlier and was perfectly arranged by him. Wifi connection was very weak, also a tip for the kitchen some more jars where we could store leftovers. In the pool there was a problem with chlorine. The values were good after checking with the caretaker, but opening a window for more air circulation would be useful, but then you probably have heat loss from the pool again. Rooms are spacious enough, also enough toilets and showers. Highly recommended !!!

Don't go here! Fraudsters! Before you go here, take a good look at the prices of oil, gas and water. After a weekend where we were not even in the house during the day, we received a bill of € 1000 for GWE!! In addition, the landlord is trying to commit fraud with our damage insurance. We were with a group of doctors who wanted an active weekend in the Ardennes. Certainly not a bunch of drinking students who break it down. What a disappointment this was... When we left, we searched the house together with the caretaker and everything was fine, including the dirt left behind in the showers. A few months later, the deposit was still not refunded, this turned out to be more than € 1200 in damage that we did not do at all: Chairs of 16 years old (had the receipt) - damage 211.00 (cost 175 in 2006; incidentally not broken!); small hole in a sofa: 350 (couch cost 310.74). Some forgotten instruments/pliers by post: €70 (sending receipt was €15) €350 extra cleaning on top of the previous €400 for a few showers that were wet and sandy because there was no shower curtain ... one garbage bag left behind: € 100 Emailed several times, no response. In the end, our company lawyer had to write an official notice of default. so you can whistle at your € 1500 deposit ... Really an absurd handling of a great house (for quite a high price) ... do not go here !! Fraudsters!!

Everything is always tidy and clean. Children are enjoying themselves in the indoor pool, but also at the ping-pong and pool table. would be better placed in the basement to prevent noise in the adjacent bedrooms. 3 TVs of which 1 digital top!
