Very pleasant modern villa and well-equipped. There is plenty of space, a large living room, a big kitchen, a very nice garden and a beautiful view, and lovely large very comfortable bedrooms. The linens are perfect. Just bring some tablets for the dishwasher, and a pressure cooker if needed. Tiny issue, the departure instructions are poorly translated - at least in French - on the Belvilla portal. We highly recommend this rental.

What a fantastic stay at Walleken! Beautiful location, which you could enjoy thanks to the large windows in the accommodation. Everything we needed was present, super clean. Moreover, we were welcomed and assisted very kindly. We would love to come back again!!

Very beautiful house in terms of architecture! Nice location! But with all due respect to the cleaning lady who is certainly doing her best, a tip. Lots of dust on the lamps, in the cabinets, cutlery drawer (crumbs), spiders (and webs) in the corners. Edges in sinks, faucets. A pity for such a beautiful home. But all in all, we were very satisfied with the rest! And we had a very nice midweek!!

Beautiful house, functional, calm and green setting. However, there was a hornet's nest under the terrace. Only downside: The sofa beds should be changed, the mattresses are worn and very dirty. Otherwise, we had a good weekend. The cottage is close to large cities.

Beautiful villa, we stayed there with 9 adults for one weekend. very spacious house. We enjoyed the terrace at the beautiful pond. very nice area for walking and cycling. Aalst center is easily accessible, 1 hour walk or by bus (15min) the bus stop is 200m from the villa. Wieze is also easily accessible where you will find nice cafes and terraces. The contact with the hostess went quite smoothly. Nothing to complain about. In short, TOP house in a TOP location

The house and grounds in general were terrific. The beds were really comfortable, plenty of clean towels. A really peaceful location. There was a problem with the drains though which meant 2 of the 3 bathrooms smelled bad a lot of the time, though things improved a bit towards the end of the week. Also we couldn't access any of the safes. All 3 were locked when we arrived. Someone did come out to look at both things and did their best but neither got sorted. Couldn't get the TVs to work either, but maybe that's not such a bad thing on a holiday!

First of all: the house is beautiful, both in layout and in its splendid location. A lot of peace experienced. Also nicely situated for cycling and hiking trips and city trips. However, I found the property not clean. It was full of cobwebs. Inside and outside there were incredibly many cobwebs. 1 toilet was not clean upon arrival. Dusty. Food remnants from the previous tenants were still in the drawers and cabinets. But what I might find the most annoying is that the access code is always the same. It only takes 1 person ...... . Did not feel pleasant.

After an extensive tour of the hostess through the fantastic villa we had a wonderful holiday the whole week. The accommodation is spectacular and is very luxurious and spacious. The view was special because of the many glass walls and the idyllic pond at the house. We have delicious on the terrace with a view of the pond and the meadows can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the environment is very nice where if you like walking, cycling and shopping, the forests, cycling routes and cozy cities in the buurt.Kortom we have thoroughly enjoyed this luxury week in nature !!!

The view was special because of the many glass walls and the idyllic pond at the house. We have delicious on the terrace with a view of the pond and the meadows can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the environment is very nice where if you like walking, cycling and shopping, the forests, cycling routes and cozy cities in the buurt.Kortom we have thoroughly enjoyed this luxury week in nature !!!

Beautiful house, secluded quiet. Friendly good service. All three rooms have air conditioning and a shower room. The only downside are the house flies. There were quite a lot of them. Something to think about. Furthermore, a super ok house.

Arrived too early and received very friendly. The house is very nice, practical layout, nice kitchen with nice sitting / play area for young and old. We have a little less enjoy the terrace and green environment because of the bad weather. It was definitely a super family trip.

After an extensive tour of the hostess through the fantastic villa we had a wonderful holiday the whole week. The accommodation is spectacular and is very luxurious and spacious. A very nice, spacious, neat, cozy and comfortable house with lots of privacy and a large garden. Good contacts with the landlord. In the hot summer the air conditioners in all rooms and the ice cubes that came out of the freezer door were ideal. Highly recommended.

Good communication regarding arrival. Warm welcome and clear explanation. The house itself is very beautiful and there is enough space around the house (with a beautiful pond). The area invites to walking / cycling. But Aalst, Dendermonde and Ghent are also worth a visit. We enjoyed.

Beautiful villa, we stayed there with 9 adults for one weekend. very spacious house. We enjoyed the terrace at the beautiful pond. very nice area for walking and cycling. Aalst center is easily accessible, 1 hour walk or by bus (15min) the bus stop is 200m from the villa. Wieze is also easily accessible where you will find nice cafes and terraces. The contact with the hostess went quite smoothly. Nothing to complain about. In short, TOP house in a TOP location
