Very cozy furnished house. Beautiful environment. Nice garden with terrace. Very complete inventory. No TV is fine. It's a pity that there is no WiFi. Cost us a lot of extra bundle. Bath is very high. Difficult to get out for the elderly.

Beautiful place overall, really spacious for our group of friends. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Gouvy is nice, and we hiked a lot around the lake. I just wished there was a bit more information about local attractions. Still a great stay for a weekend.

Thanks to the earlier reviews of this house, we knew that we had to pay close attention to how the numbering of the road went. So we found the house after driving back and forth twice. Called in advance and reported the time of arrival. (answering machine) We were waiting in front of the house for the caretaker. After an hour my husband tried the door that just opened. So no manager, just an open door. The cottage is comfortably furnished and completely complete. The first impression is really good. You will discover a number of significant disadvantages during use. The beds really need to be replaced both upstairs and downstairs. We have tried to lie down after sleeping 1 night but the bed is a fold out sofa bed and everything is damp downstairs so it is not possible to sleep in the fall or winter. The bathroom is also beautiful to see but only one person can take a bath because then the hot water has run out. There is a t.v. that is difficult to connect to a DVD player. So there is no wifi but no TV. The dish is there but the cupboard is not there. The interior is so complete that there is no room for your own things such as groceries. The groceries of previous guests are also in the cupboards and the fridge. Furthermore, all cupboards are full of crockery, I think I have counted 40 cups. The shelves of the terrace by the outside door are loose so that you think every time that you sink through the shelf. is a condition for a vacation anyway. We called to inform us that we were leaving, but again an answering machine .. I hope that the tape is listened to occasionally .. Marion Meijer

Cottage was easy to find and the key was ready and the heating was already on. Small-scale holiday park with something from 10 houses (of which only 3 occupy, so nice and quiet). Great location for trips and forest walks with the dog. Really enjoyed it and actually everything was fine, although the quality of the mattresses certainly left something to be desired. Apart from that fact, this is definitely recommended, definitely also for the dog.

It was not immediately found, Google ass out at house number 52. But luckily not having to search very kang. Nice environment, a lot of walking. Nice house, very complete! Also nice that basic things like detergent and toilet paper are already there, I would mention this on the site. The photos I would supplement with a photo of the street that you ride in ass. Saves searching and gives a better picture of the environmental situation.

Upon arrival we had to search because google did not send us far enough but based on the photos from the internet we could argue that we had to go a bit further. A short route description in advance had overcome this. However, the house was nice and warm and even delicious cakes were waiting as a warm welcome! The cottage is equipped with all comforts. In the evening we have made a nice fire and the children could enjoy the snow outside. Delicious! Thank you -)

Good bedding, quiet place, the chairs should be cleaned as they are dirty. Not easy to park. Photos on the site are not at all the same, way too many weeds in the back of the garden.

Wonderful, very well-maintained chalet. Everything present. No TV but definitely not missed! Games available! Beautiful surroundings with well-marked hiking trails nearby. The swimming pond was a treat for the children. About a 45-minute drive to the castle and the Reinhardstein waterfall. Wow, we also enjoyed the surroundings there. We will come back!

Our experience in the cottage was quite pleasant. It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and enough space for everyone. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room was spacious enough to accommodate our group. Although the decor was not overly fancy, it was clean and practical. We made use of the nearby hiking trails, which were beautiful, but I wished there were more dining options closer to the property. All in all, a solid choice for a quiet getaway.

Cottage cozy, no door between living room and hallway with access to bathroom and toilet. Garden with lots of privacy, unobstructed view behind, good garden chairs. However, traffic noise through nearby main road. Near the chalet is the starting point of a number of beautiful short and long - marked walks. After a question from us, the landlords showed themselves very helpful and modest. We had a nice holiday at Chalet de Cherapont.

Beautiful surroundings, great for walking (or other outdoor / water activities) with a nice lake with a beach within walking distance (unfortunately forbidden for dogs) The chalet was neat and cozy. The garden is large, largely fenced by plants, nice and quiet and private. We, including the dog, had a great time during our stay. Besides the beautiful surroundings of Gouvy we also enjoyed beautiful walks and rides through Luxembourg.

On arrival the door was (as indicated in the mail) already open, lighting was already on and the heating was already on. Great reception!) The chalet itself is very clean, spacious enough (for at least 5 people) and gives a real holiday feeling. wood for the fireplace and matches and firelighters were not missing SPAR Gouvy is about 5 minutes away, shopping Knauf in Luxembourg is 10 minutes drive. The location on the main road is not disturbing at all. All in all a great long weekend!
