We had a wonderful stay in a well-furnished house. You can really accommodate 10 adults there. Spacious kitchen. We always go on trips with a training group in the Ardennes, and this definitely ranked among the top 3 houses we have visited in years!

The house is spacious and well-equipped. The garden is magnificent! In addition, we are only 8 minutes from Durbuy, perfect for a group of 10 people.

Tops: location, layout of the house, spacious garden and nice seating around the house. House offers peace and radiates luxury. Can always take a hot shower.
Tips: close small holes in the screens against the many flies and mosquitoes. Set up a broom for the house so you can clean yourself in between. Drying rack so that clothes can be dried after hand washing.

Nice big house, but many flaws. Maintenance left much to be desired. First 3 days no hot water, oven / microwave broken, several doors did not close properly, broken garden chairs, broken bed frame so that the bed sagged, house was not clean properly, wasp nest in the wall. All in all, in need of maintenance.

Nice neat house, communication could be better. When we arrived the cleaning was busy and it indicated that we were not expected. Then called home owner but no answer and no call back. Fortunately we could just grab the key and everything was fine. A few small things such as the lamps that did not work and the shower head that was loose but that did not bother.

The cottage is clean and plenty of space. With a cozy atmosphere, with the open kitchen and the open doors to the spacious garden. Near the town of Durbuy where there are many cozy restaurants and close by is an adventure park which can all be prepared well. Highly recommended. Everything went smoothly.

Nice and clean house for a large group (10 people). Well located in a quiet neighborhood with a nice big garden. Can give as a tip to bring your own garbage bags, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper because that was not there or limited on arrival.

Lovely spacious house with lots of light, spacious living room and bedrooms. Quiet, green area with beautiful views and plenty to do in the area. Some minor flaws in the house. OaHorren are missing, but are actually a must here in terms of amount of mosquitoes. If you want to open the windows further than the tilt position, it won't fit with the curtain rod and it will fall down (ouch!)

The house is tastefully furnished and the layout is practical. It is great that there are two bathrooms and three toilets. Overall, the rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained.

Spacious holiday home that is a good base for various fun excursions in the Belgian Ardennes. The house has 10 sleeping places, but because of the cramped kitchen, the number of places at the dining table and in the lounge, the house seems to us only suitable for a maximum of 8 people. Despite the young age of the house, there were several defects, of which a leak through the chimney (water seeped into the living room in rainy weather) bothered us the most. We also received no help from the contact person on site.

House easy to find. The property is new and warm, a friendly atmosphere reigns there. The Durbuy area is a perfect place to seek calm, serenity, rest and adventure. Indeed, in addition to the extraordinary heritage landscapes, activities, at least incredible are possible in particular with the Adventure Valley park which is located no less than 4 km from the property! We rented mountain bikes and took a Parisian route to all those they offered us. What adventures! Then the next day we tried the kayak experience, there too, that adventures! Beautiful memorable memories will remain etched in us now!

When I handed over the key, I was suddenly bitten by one of the three dogs for no apparent reason, which made the weekend a minor start. The arrogant and avoiding attitude of the owners was also disappointing. The holiday home itself was nicely furnished and equipped with all modern comfort. Enough sleeping accommodation, 2 separate bathrooms and 3 separate toilets made this house very equipped for large groups. The kitchen was small, but comfortable. Eclipse in the bedrooms could be better. Bathrooms were well equipped with both a bath and separate shower. The house was very just upon arrival.

Arrival time was flexible, so that was nice! Accomination was fairly new. Missed some kitchen items, such as a spatula. Despite the fact that the house is for 10 people, there is not enough room for everyone in the living room. That was a pity. The table was big enough, but on the couch and chairs there was only room for 6 people.

Beautiful cottage. Quiet area. About an hour walk from Durbuy. Supermarkets and doctors are only available in Barvaux. This was about half an hour cycling.

The mw of key management was very friendly, accommodation was really super, spacious, clean, beautifully mowed grass and due to the peaceful surroundings and views all the way up.were having 7 people in the house and doing the room very well by the room. The spacious living room and beautiful open kitchen invited us to cook every day. Large storage space and garage was a luxury. As well as symmetrically the sleeping rooms, 2 spacious bathrooms and very happy with the 3 toilets in the house. Tips, we also have cheese shavings, extra frying pan and a vacuum cleaner would be a good addition. Ourselves we would have chosen a lovely spacious couch because for 10 people the seats are very small. We also had a leak from the chimney after a lot of rain. That's the slightest we have had a fantastic week, the house has made a big contribution.

Very nice holiday home! Layout is really useful for 2 families with children. 3 separate WCs, 2 separate bathrooms, and the garden has been recently fenced, allowing the children to enjoy themselves outside. Lovely quiet surroundings. Location is optimal for several day trips! For repeatability.

We were disappointed that there was not even a soap to wash our hands. It is quite normal to have to bring your linen and to buy refills once on the spot but no salt or pepper, no soap dishes, no dishwasher tablets (not even one), no paper Toilet ... This made our arrival less pleasant, these are small touches that can change a lot! For the rest, we took advantage of the house, spacious and practical!

However, we missed facilities for very young children, such as stair gates, baby crib, changing table. The garden is not exactly geared to preschoolers. The area is nice and quiet, considering the fact that the house is in an "open" allotment ".

When I handed over the key, I was suddenly bitten by one of the three dogs for no apparent reason, which made the weekend a minor start. The arrogant and avoiding attitude of the owners was also disappointing. The holiday home itself was nicely furnished and equipped with all modern comfort. Enough sleeping accommodation, 2 separate bathrooms and 3 separate toilets made this house very equipped for large groups. The kitchen was small, but comfortable. Eclipse in the bedrooms could be better. Bathrooms were well equipped with both a bath and separate shower. The house was very just upon arrival.

Arrival time was flexible, so that was nice! Accomination was fairly new. Missed some kitchen items, such as a spatula. Despite the fact that the house is for 10 people, there is not enough room for everyone in the living room. That was a pity. The table was big enough, but on the couch and chairs there was only room for 6 people.

Beautiful cottage. Quiet area. About an hour walk from Durbuy. Supermarkets and doctors are only available in Barvaux. This was about half an hour cycling.

The mw of key management was very friendly, accommodation was really super, spacious, clean, beautifully mowed grass and due to the peaceful surroundings and views all the way up.were having 7 people in the house and doing the room very well by the room. The spacious living room and beautiful open kitchen invited us to cook every day. Large storage space and garage was a luxury. As well as symmetrically the sleeping rooms, 2 spacious bathrooms and very happy with the 3 toilets in the house. Tips, we also have cheese shavings, extra frying pan and a vacuum cleaner would be a good addition. Ourselves we would have chosen a lovely spacious couch because for 10 people the seats are very small. We also had a leak from the chimney after a lot of rain. That's the slightest we have had a fantastic week, the house has made a big contribution.

Very nice holiday home! Layout is really useful for 2 families with children. 3 separate WCs, 2 separate bathrooms, and the garden has been recently fenced, allowing the children to enjoy themselves outside. Lovely quiet surroundings. Location is optimal for several day trips! For repeatability.

New construction, spacious, well equipped, clean, 3 toilets available as well as several showers and bathtubs. Not far from Durbuy, very quiet in the countryside.

We were disappointed that there was not even a soap to wash our hands. It is quite normal to have to bring your linen and to buy refills once on the spot but no salt or pepper, no soap dishes, no dishwasher tablets (not even one), no paper Toilet ... This made our arrival less pleasant, these are small touches that can change a lot! For the rest, we took advantage of the house, spacious and practical!

The house is ideal for family-run. With plenty of space to move inside or outside. Everyone, both big and small, was excited about the stay.We recommend it.
