This 3-bedroom holiday home in Stavelot in the Belgian Ardennes invites a family of 8 members or two smaller families holidaying together. On the terrace, you can stretch out on the sun loungers or have a meal on the garden bench. This residence is at a short distance of 500 m from the town center and along the road leading to the Spa - Francorchamps race circuit. It is a very good starting point to discover the region. Many walking, hiking, and biking routes in the area await you. Horse riding is also possible nearby. Restaurants are at 500 m only. The town of Spa, known for its thermal baths, is 5 km away. In the living room, you have a wood-stove to warm you up in winter while you have conversations, read a book, or watch TV. You can prepare meals of your choice in the kitchen and enjoy them together.

The house was higgledy-piggledy. This should never be rented out in the Netherlands. It therefore also had its charms. Painted in cheerful colors. Reminded me of Mexico. Mattresses were thin and uneven beds. What bothered me most was the smell of piss from the horse stables. It was most prevalent in the master bedroom. It made it difficult for me to fall asleep. The owner was very friendly. House was well heated with a modern wood stove and the bathroom was nice and good. The front door was along a road, so be careful with children. Furthermore, beautiful surroundings.

Cottage was fine, stay was satisfactory. Enough space and everything needed for a stay of several days was present. Even a football table.

Kitchen was in very bad shape. Rooms were dirty. Not recommended, we will not come back.
