Large cottage for 12 people with whirlpool and sauna located at Hou. Inside, the house has water-scrubbed brick walls and tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout, except in the bedrooms, where there are wall-to-wall carpets. Bathroom with both whirlpool, sauna and washer and dryer. Guest toilet right next to the living room. There are five solid bedrooms, one of which has a 3/4 bed. The bunk bed measures 70 x190 cm. The rest are two single beds, which are put together so they act as double beds. From the living room there are several exits to the east-facing terrace behind the house. On the west side of the house there is a cozy tiled terrace surrounded by an willow fence to both the west and south. Carport, swings, sandpit and slide are also available. The house is within walking distance to the cozy harbor town, Hou, which has both restaurants and shopping opportunities as well as of course the harbor, where there is also a small playground.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
