The house is beautifully located in a small, nature-filled garden, a one-room idyll with climbing to the loft bed, clean, tidy, and warm, functionally and cozily furnished. Very helpful, friendly, and unobtrusive landlord who appeared when we needed assistance. The WiFi was not always reliably stable, but it was sufficient for our needs. A little dream house, within walking distance to a small harbor and a beautifully located swimming spot. Great for relaxation!

Beautiful house, functionally and individually furnished. Very good location in Listed, harbor quickly (5 minutes) reachable on foot. Recommendations: One must be aware that, as noted in the description, the stairs to the loft go straight up. However, it is not a staircase, but rather a ladder - so challenging. What is not good is the unfortunately insufficient safety of the sleeping area against falling (height approx. 2m). This can and should be improved quickly. What was not described in the house expertise, we noticed when using the beds: The mattresses are larger than the base, which causes the edges to bend, and the actual space for sleeping is consequently smaller. So, not suitable for people who would expect a good sleep culture. This is the only point we need to mention, and it has significantly tarnished the overall impression.
