Very beautiful bright house. Everything is available that one needs. One thing was unfortunately not particularly nice, that the windows in the pool opened and closed automatically. As a result, it was sometimes very cold in the pool area. Supposedly, it should be adjustable with the phone. Unfortunately, that was not possible. Holiday home a bit older, but very well maintained and cared for. Everything you need is there. Very nice location in a cul-de-sac in a residential area, but quiet. Very nice view of the Limfjord. The property is large. Recommendations: Excursions to the North Sea, about 2 hours drive, e.g. to Aalborg and Skagen. Baltic Sea about 1.5 hours.

The house is super located. Just go down the street and you're already at the beach or the harbor. The view from the house is great over the lake. The overall condition of the house is so-so. If you can overlook some things, then it's okay. Everything you need is there. The layout was a bit annoying; kitchen, dining table, children's room with 2 single beds is downstairs. Living room and bedroom are upstairs. So you often sit separately from each other. But the pool is great for that. Recommendations: Beach, large playground, crab fishing, harbor, etc. all within walking distance. 5 min. by car a small museum of an old manor, very interesting. Viborg about 40 minutes drive away, cute little town.

The house is not kept up to date and dated. Bedding is really rancid just filthy. Beds completely worn out. This should definitely be renewed. There was always something broken in the house. Notes everywhere in Danish that some equipment was broken. Despite solar energy, the price of the swimming pool is passed on considerably. It wasn't all worth it. Environment was worth it. Price quality is not in proportion.
