The house is very lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable there right away. The property is very beautiful, especially for children to play, the surrounding terrace with the many outdoor seating options allows for sitting outside, even if it might be a bit cooler. The location (close to the beach, but also close to the forest) is great, as you can always do something outside. Recommendations: Beach walks or short hikes to the nearest beach location, use of the hiking trails to Meilgaard, trips to the south (Kalo castle ruins), manor house museum (Gammel Estrup), Tustruper burial site, etc.

The sunroom was a beautiful addition for evening relaxation. Nearby was the Fjellerup Vaffelbageri, which offered delicious pastries!
