Description

Villa Siam has approx. 190 m2 of living space including a covered terrace. The house is divided into 3 bedrooms with separate shower and toilet, kitchen, and a spacious open living room that opens onto the terrace. Air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms ensure a pleasant night's sleep. The cleaning of the rooms, washing and ironing of your laundry is done daily (except Sunday) by our housekeeper. Our villa is self-catering, but on special request our housekeeper will serve you Thai specialities. You only have to pay for the purchase of the ingredients. You will appreciate the pool area to the adjoining terrace in the tropical warm climate. The garden with palm trees and many colourful plants gives our villa a very special flair. The living room is equipped with TV with cable TV (international film channels as well as Deutsche Welle), DVD player, I-Pod docking unit, internet access with flaterate, game collection and a small library. Through the folding doors the whole living area can be opened and forms a unique harmony with the terrace and the garden. Outside there is a spacious pool with outdoor shower, guest toilet and utility room with washing machine. Traditional Thai or oil massages in the villa, rental cars, excursions, diving tours, yacht charters, island tours, helicopter tours, etc. will be gladly organised for you by our German contact on site. From the moment you are picked up from the airport, you will be looked after in the best possible way. If you wish, we can also organise a nanny to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A normal coffee machine is available. (Please bring your own coffee!) A Nespresso coffee machine is also available. Capsules can be ordered on the internet.

Location and surroundings of object

Despite the proximity to the airport, you will not be bothered by aircraft noise. The airport is very convenient because you can take a dip in the pool after a long flight immediately and must not take long taxi or bus rides up. Our villa is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of Ban Sakhu. Ban Sakhu between Naithon and Nai Yang about 10 minutes. south of the international airport. To the beautiful beaches of Naithon or Nai Yang is about 5 min. Travel time by car or motorbike. It is a small supermarket in the village. For more errands they need about 15 minutes. Driving time schedule. Patong or Phuket Town is 30 minutes. removed.

Dreamy pool villa

We were 3 adults and 2 children and spent wonderful 10 days in this amazing villa. Thanks to the 3 bedrooms, each with an integrated bathroom, privacy was ensured at all times. Communication with Mr. Marcus Zierer was flawless and uncomplicated. On-site, we were able to book a car at favorable conditions through the manager Da (that's her name). Since the nearest beach is about a 7-minute drive away, this was a blessing. Additionally, we were able to explore the whole island. There is a maid on site every day between 9 am and 5 pm, who prepares and cooks breakfast and lunch/dinner upon request. There is a menu listing the various dishes.
The location is somewhat secluded but wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxation. I can wholeheartedly recommend the villa.

Beautiful villa

We can only recommend this beautiful, luxurious and very well equipped holiday flat! Fantastic and perfectly maintained complex! Very nice, attentive and courteous staff! Very clean, spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen! On request, the staff will also serve an ingenious meal (menu available in the house)! The garden as well as the modern and well-maintained pool invite you to relax! Super location for excursions of all kinds! Only a few minutes away from the airport!

shopping facilities: Sei es der Supermarkt, das frische Obst und Gemüse vom Straßenmarkt oder die kleine Mittagssuppe in einer der zahlreichen Straßenküchen... alles ist perfekt und in kürzester Zeit z. B. mit einem vorher angemieteten Roller erreichbar.

a place to be....!

The Green View Villa is a wonderful and quietly situated feel-good complex far away from any mass tourism.
From the very first minute we felt that we were really welcome. A lavishly filled fridge to welcome us
was just as natural as fresh fruit.

The entire complex is of a high standard and is also very tastefully decorated.
Someone has shown attention to detail - which is also reflected in the design of the garden.

The technical equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Besides TV with video, we also had a laptop with a large selection of music and internet access

There is no need to go into detail about the cleanliness; even the drops of water from our swimming trunks did not have enough time to dry on the floor

House maid always knew how to be in the right place at the right time - without us ever finding her a nuisance

The beautiful house, the perfect service and the care by Mike (thank you again),

Simply fantastic!!!

A beautifully equipped house with all the luxury and the well-kept garden make you feel at home from the first minute. Located in a wonderfully quiet area, you can simply relax in the pool or garden, or explore the island by car. In both cases, you don't have to worry about anything. The friendly and attentive house staff keep everything clean and well-maintained. We felt well taken care of at all times and, above all, felt safe. This was largely due to the friendliness and openness of the staff and locals. Our vacation in the villa really left nothing to be desired, and even before our departure, we knew: We will come back!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Lage am Hang mit Blick nach Sueden gibt einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Doerfchen Ban Sakhoo. Sie bietet durch ihre clevere Bausweise ausserdem absolute Privatsphere im Haus als auch im Garten oder im Pool. Dadurch dass in der unmittelbaren Umgebung hauptsachlich Einheimische leben ist es unglaublich ruhig und enspannend. Ist einem trotzdem mal nach "Remmi Demmi" ist man in nur 40 Minuten (mit dem Auto) in Patong oder auch in Phuket.

free time activities: Phuket bietet wirklich alles und vieles davon in unmittelbarer Umgebung vom Haus. Wir haben die Tauchschulen vor Ort genutzt, waren viel am Strand (beides ist etwa 5-10min vom Haus entfernt). Fuer Fitness Junkies ist das Fitness Studio des naechste Hotels nur 10 min joggen entfernt wo man sich dann fuer ganze 2 EUR richtig austoben kann. Die naechsten Straende Nai Tong und Nai Yang sind wunderschoen, sauber und herrlich ruhig. Moechte man das Auto mehr nutzen ist innerhalb von 45 Minuten jede erdenkliche Art von Aktivitaet erreichbar. Wir waren unter anderem Wasserski und wakeboard fahren, haben ein Boot gechartert zum angeln und tauchen und waren natuerlich ordentlich schoppen in Paton und Phuket.

shopping facilities: Zum selber einkaufen empfehle ich ein Auto, besonders wenn mann darauf besteht europaeisch zu essen. Thailaendisches Essen bekommt man aber an jeder Ecke und wurde auch gerne von unserer Haushaelterin frisch fuer uns eingekauft und zubereitet. LECKER!

Perfektes Ferienhaus

The villa is perfect for a dream vacation in a scenic area with beautiful beaches nearby. The proximity to the golf course will make every golfer's heart beat faster. After a long flight, you will reach your destination for an excellent vacation in just ten minutes. Our housekeeper took very good care of us. The easy and uncomplicated booking of the villa makes the start of the vacation very simple. We enjoyed all of this very much and will definitely come back.
