Holiday home of a high design and construction standard. Child-friendly, quiet location on a large natural plot, which on two sides adjoins protected dune / heather areas with path to the beach. Large, screened play loft with mattresses. The bright kitchen is equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, convection oven / grill, microwave, ceramic hob, ample service and more. Utility room with washing machine fridge / freezer. The house has three showers. Large and bright swimming pool room with large windows to the secluded grounds. There is also a hot tub and sauna. 175 m & # 178; terrace, of which 109 m & # 178; is childproof with a low railing. The house has a lot of children's equipment: 2 high chairs, extra cot, tricycle and children's table. Good shed space for, for example, golf equipment that can be used on Denmark's only links course with 18 holes, located at Fanø Bad. Fanø is one of Denmark's best known international resorts and has been since 1891, when Fanø Vesterhavsbad was established. The 50-200 meter wide beach along Fanø's west side is absolutely magnificent. Moving in and out can only take place on Fridays. Not for rent to youth groups.
