Although the decor was simple, it was exactly what we needed. We took a short drive to Aalborg and explored the local dining options - definitely try Kælderen for a nice dinner!

The proximity to the sea particularly appealed to us about the house, but also the surrounding area of the small village. / It is not a typical tourist area. / Otherwise, the house is very well equipped, unfortunately also with broken furniture. / / The fabric lounge chair was torn and thus makes lying in the sun impossible. / One terrace chair was broken at the backrest. / The house should have been clean upon arrival; unfortunately, we had to wash all the dishes first in order to use them. / Additionally, the inside of the refrigerator was very sticky and dirty. / We took care of that ourselves as well. /

We had a lovely stay at the holiday home in Hals! The layout was perfect for our group of six, and two bathrooms made our mornings so much easier. The terrace was a great addition to enjoy our meals outdoors. Highly recommended to visit the nearby Dronninglund Slot - it is a beautiful place!
