The house is very nice due to its location. Not far from the beach and very quiet. One downside, however, is that there is no contact person on site.

The house is in good condition. It is not far from the beach. We found the path through the dunes very nice. The house has a good layout. Our two children thought it was great that they didn't have to share a room.

The equipment is good, meets expectations for a Danish holiday home - however, there is no wood-burning stove in the house. It would have been useful in bad weather. The proximity to the beach and the town are great advantages. A gas grill is available - if it had been cleaned by the previous tenant, we would have used it as well. Dancenter has repeatedly promised to catch up on the cleaning of the grill, but this has never happened, so we refrained from using it to avoid being held responsible for its dilapidated condition.

Nice house within walking distance to the beach. Enough bedrooms to avoid teenage arguments (boy 11 years, girl 13 years). The property is fenced, so the dog can be outside. The kitchen is relatively well-equipped. Kro and supermarket within walking distance, plenty of well-marked destinations for hiking and cycling.

The house is very cozy and has a fenced garden. The kitchen is very nice. There is a bit of a deduction for the bathroom, as it is poorly insulated for winter/autumn. The distance to the beach, forest, and supermarket is easily reachable on foot. A car is not needed here. Bicycles would of course be nice. Otherwise, a great little house.

And we have satellite TV with German programs via Astra 19.2 East. Danish TV programs are also available. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

The furnishings are indeed older but contemporary, good, and usable. The sofa looks stylish but is not very suitable for older people. The rest of the apartment is okay; the kitchen had everything one needs. Bathroom, sauna, and whirlpool are available and invite use. Overall, good to very good.
