We had a great time in the cabin! The bunk bed was a hit with the kids, and they loved having their own space. The bathroom was well-equipped, and the shower was nice and refreshing after a day full of explorations.

The house was located in a completely quiet area in Arrild, one always feels as if one has a house in the woods. The covered terrace is certainly dreamy in the summer. Everything needed was available in the house. Recommendations: In Arrild, there are various walking paths, we often used the swimming pool in the past. Otherwise, we like to go to Römö, Ribe, Tønder, ... There is always something new to discover but enough opportunities to recharge.

The quietly located holiday home is situated in the holiday home settlement of Arrild, which consists only of such holiday homes. In principle, you don't need to leave the settlement, as there is everything you need: a good Brugsen with a bakery, a gas station, and firewood. Because I was there in the cool November, the best thing was the fantastic swimming pool with 3 pools, slides, steam sauna, whirlpool, and free aqua aerobics. Next to it, there is a tennis court and a mini-golf course. If you want to get away: In 30 minutes by car, you are on the island of Rømø. We also visited the Maritime Museum in Esbjerg (very good!). Right next to it is the sculpture MEN STARING AT THE SEA - also pretty cool. The kids love the wild horses in the nature reserve Skjern Enge. / The holiday home itself has everything you need. Beautiful covered wooden deck around the house, covered carport, hot water boiler, functioning electric heating (unfortunately no heat pump), large television (unfortunately only 4 German channels: ARD, ZDF, NDR, and RTL), refrigerator with freezer compartment, good Wi-Fi. We would love to come back :-) Recommendations: In 30 minutes by car, you can reach the island of Rømø. There you can swim and hike nicely, afterwards we had a great meal at Otto&Ani's Fisk at the harbor in Havneby. Next to the shipyard, there is a homemade submarine.
