Lage gut, das Grundstück ist im gepflegten Zustand und das Meer kann man in wenigen Minuten erreichen, hatten nur etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber das kennt man ja in Dänemark, Sonne und Regen haben sich abgewechselt. Das Haus von innen, geschmacklich gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, auch in ausreichender Anzahl, wie Gläser, Tasssen , Teller und Besteck. In der Küche müsste tzotzdem, mal eine Bestandsaufnahme gemacht werden, um angeschlagenes Geschirr, Schüsseln usw. auszutauschen.Des weiteren, bitte mal die Matratzen tauschen, die entsprechen keiner guten Schlafqualität und man soll sich doch im Urlaub richtig gut erholen, mit allem drum und dran. Gern auch im Bad etwas nachbessern, wie ein neues Waschbecken und eine Kosmetikablage unter dem Spiegel.Ansonsten, waren wir sehr zufrieden, es war Alles da, hat Alles funktioniert und konnten in dieser schönen Landschaft, unsere Batterien wieder auffüllen. Dänemark, ist immer wieder eine Reise wert, ob nun Ostsee oder Nordsee. Vielen Dank! Empfehlungen: Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sind etwas eingeschränkt, erst in 8km die erste, in Örstedt. Ist ein Spar, teuer und hat nur ein beschränktes Sortiment, wird vielleicht in der Hochsaison besser? Aber der Lichtblick im Ort, der Bäcker, mit guten Angebot, besonders für Kuchen Liebhaber. Wer die Auswahl haben will, dann lieber nach Auning einkaufen fahren,sind 12km und es gibt verschiede Supermärkte, da ist für jeden was bei. Ausflüge muß man etwas weiter fahren, wie z.B. nach Greena (Hafenstadt) kann man bummeln mit kleinen, einladenen Cafestuben in den Gassen und vieles mehr)

Es liegt sehr ruhig, hat eine Schaukel und einen Sandkasten im Garten. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und der Weg zum Strand ist kurz.

Wir waren im Oktober zwei Wochen in diesem Haus. Es funktionierte alles. Die Sauna, die Mikrowelle, der Ofen. Wasch- und Spülmaschine haben wir nicht getestet. Die Küche war mit allem, bis auf eine Salatschleuder, sehr gut ausgestattet. Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr in ausreichender Menge. Die Einrichtung hat uns gefallen, war sehr bequem. Im TV ließen sich alle deutschen Programme empfangen. Das Internet lief reibungslos. Die Matrazen, ja, die sind grenzwertig und sollten erneuert werden. Am wichtigsten in dieser Jahreszeit, erscheint mir ein guter Ofen, kein Kamin, bei dem die Hitze zum Schornstein rausgeht. Der vorhandene Ofen ist ausgezeichnet, wird schnell warm, und hält die Wärme im Raum. Mit Holzbriketts lässt er sich sehr gut heizen. Da wir fast jeden Tag die Sauna benutzt haben, fielen nach zwei Wochen 120¬ für Strom und 30¬ für Wasser an. / Insgesamt fanden wir (3 Personen) das Haus sehr sehr gemütlich, morgens wärmte die Sonne das Wohnzimmer und abends fiel die Westsonne in den Raum. / Ach ja, das Haus war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Sollte dies einmal nicht so sein, so liegt das vermtl. an der Reinigung der Vormieters.

Location is good, the property is in well-maintained condition and the sea can be reached in a few minutes, we just had some bad luck with the weather, but that's known in Denmark, sun and rain alternated. The house from the inside, tastefully furnished, everything is available, also in sufficient quantity, like glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. In the kitchen, however, a stocktaking should be done to replace chipped dishes, bowls, etc. Furthermore, please change the mattresses, as they do not correspond to good sleep quality, and one should really be able to relax properly on vacation, with everything that comes with it. Also, it would be nice to improve the bathroom a bit, like a new sink and a cosmetic shelf under the mirror. Otherwise, we were very satisfied; everything was there, everything worked, and we could recharge our batteries in this beautiful landscape. Denmark is always worth a trip, whether to the Baltic Sea or the North Sea. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. The amenities were adequate and the accommodation well-maintained. It was nice to be close to Djurs Sommerland for the kids, and there were great bike paths nearby. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was a plus. The check-in process was straightforward. Overall, a solid choice for a family vacation.

I loved the space! The terrace was great for morning coffee and the sauna was a real plus. Everything was neat and organized. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I just wished the beds were a bit softer.

We were in this house for two weeks in October. Everything worked. The sauna, the microwave, the oven. We did not test the washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything except a salad spinner. Pans, pots, dishes in sufficient quantity. We liked the furnishings; they were very comfortable. All German programs could be received on the TV. The internet ran smoothly. The mattresses, yes, they are borderline and should be replaced. Most important in this season, a good stove seems to me, not a fireplace where the heat goes out the chimney. The existing stove is excellent, heats up quickly, and retains warmth in the room. It can be heated very well with wood briquettes. Since we used the sauna almost every day, after two weeks, there were costs of 120¬ for electricity and 30¬ for water. / Overall, we (3 people) found the house very, very cozy; in the morning, the sun warmed the living room, and in the evening, the western sun fell into the room. / Oh yes, the house was very clean upon arrival. If this is not the case at some point, it is probably due to the cleaning by the previous tenant. /
