Luca’s House is a lovingly renovated former farmhouse from the 19th century, whose originality has been preserved and complemented with some modern elements. The charm of the winding houses, built entirely of natural stone, lets you immerse yourself in memories of the rural idyll of days gone by.
An agritourism with six beds and two apartments with 4-5 and 2-3 beds respectively was created. 4 beds, available for both short and long stays.
Ideal for families but also for anyone who would like to experience a holiday in beautiful nature.
The farm is nestled among the organically cultivated fields belonging to the property,
surrounded by the pine and chestnut forests typical of this landscape. Since the area has been completely spared from harmful environmental influences and thanks to natural farming, all kinds of birds can be found in the trees. Falcons and buzzards also live here, and in spring you can literally observe small clouds of butterflies. It is not uncommon to encounter deer and wild boar here, roaming the fields at sunset; with a bit of luck, the rather shy porcupines, badgers, and the thieving foxes may also appear.

Location and surroundings of object
On Mount Amiata (1774 m), an ancient volcano, the Maremma meets the Val d’Orcia Natural Park. For day trips, there are warm thermal springs around the mountain, an adventure park at 1400 m altitude, or the sea with beautiful sandy beaches. In the Amiata ski area, it is also possible in winter to rent skis and boots for a day and thus spontaneously enjoy winter sports. The slopes can be reached from the farm in about 10 minutes by car, there are 2 chairlifts and some ski lifts with several kilometers of downhill runs.
Thermal baths
San Filippo is the nearest thermal bath and can be reached by car in 20 minutes; in less than an hour you can reach the springs of Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano, and Petriolo; for a day trip, Saturnia is suitable.

Mount Amiata has always been a point of attraction for spiritual activities, not least thanks to its tombs and the Via Francigena, an ancient pilgrimage road in the north. At the beginning of the nineteenth century, the Christian-social community of David Lazzaretti was founded on Mount Labro; today the mountain hosts Merigar, one of the most important centers of Tibetan Buddhism in Italy, whose sacred buildings attract tourists from all over the world.
