This stay centers around a small, completely traditional, old-fashioned holiday home measuring 48 m², nestled on a lovely 1,230 m² natural plot with trees. Situated in a cozy and quiet holiday home area just 1.5 km from the sea, this charming retreat is surrounded by inviting outdoor corners and multiple terraces. It serves as a peaceful, simple base for up to five guests looking to experience a classic Danish cottage getaway, with local grocery shopping and restaurants located 2.0 km from the property. Inside, the cottage features a nostalgic layout with simple yet comfortable furnishings. Guests step directly into the kitchen area, which flows openly into a small, cozy living room equipped with a TV and a single sofa bed. Despite its traditional charm, the house includes modern conveniences like a dishwasher, a washing machine, and internet access. The kitchen area is also outfitted with an electric cooker, a refrigerator, a cooker hood, and a coffee maker. The main house includes two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—complemented by a tidy bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet, and sink. For added sleeping flexibility, there is an annex on the plot equipped with a single sofa bed. An energy-saving air-to-air heat pump and electric heating ensure a comfortable indoor climate. The indoor living spaces extend beautifully to the outdoor areas, which feature both an open terrace and a lovely covered terrace. From the main covered terrace, guests can look down over a small, picturesque water lily pond located at the end of the plot. A garden grill is provided for outdoor cooking, and a small playhouse in the garden is sure to be a favorite highlight for children.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
