A holiday cottage approx. 200 metres from the sea. The house is at an elevated location on a sloping plot with a garden. The annex is at the bottom of the garden, where you find a swing and sandbox. Enjoy long summer nights and barbecuing on the covered terrace. The area is famous for its nature.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We had a lovely stay at the holiday home in Nykøbing Sj, The elevated location gave us beautiful views, and being just a short walk from the sea was a bonus, The garden was perfect for our kids to play in, especially the sandbox and swing, Highly recommend for families!
