Activity house with whirlpool located in the family-friendly area of and with an impressive view of thelake Kvie Sø. The house was built in the best materials and has a lot of interesting facilities. Open concept kitchen and living room with Scandinavian style furniture and flatscreen TV. Access from the living room to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun. One bathroom has whirlpool and steam cabin. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There are several fishing opportunities in the area and also a fish cleaning table at the house. There is a ban on fishing in Kvie Sø but you may fish in the marsh area south of the lake. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The layout of the rooms is very good, the kitchen modern and stylish with the island solution. The beds are still in good condition and not sagging. Very nice that there is a heat pump and a fireplace stove. / The activity room is also very nice. / The service from DanCenter regarding the defective satellite dish was very good. / Since there is no field for "what I didn't like," here are a few things. Overall, a really nice and well-furnished holiday home, but it is the many small details that spoil the overall impression and simply need to be repaired, replaced, or improved: / - one armchair is completely worn out and another is a bit frayed at the armrest / - several slats are missing from the vertical blinds / - the very good blackout roller blinds have fraying at the edges / - the glass block wall of the shower has mold spots in the joints / - one headrest of the hot tub is broken (however that happened) / - the foldable drying rack has a loose rod and a few missing rods / - the table tennis table has many "bumps" on the actual playing side, maybe it was used outside at some point? , the underside goes / No major defects, hence my overall good to very good rating, but it would simply make a better impression if these defects could be addressed. Recommendations: We can of course recommend Legoland and the WOW Park in Billund. Very nice in bad weather are the indoor playgrounds like Baboon City or Legeland in Bork Havn.

A very beautiful house with a wonderful view. The kitchen equipment is very good! The house was very clean, although the cleaning supplies could perhaps be replaced. We decided to clean ourselves, and we were charged 40 euros for the cleaning package. Unfortunately, there was only one cleaner, which I find a bit insufficient for the price. The hot tub also unfortunately did not work. Dancenter quickly sent a service employee, who was very nice and competent, but unfortunately could not resolve the problem. All in all, we would book the house again. We traveled with 3 children (4, 13, 17) and a dog; everyone had enough space to retreat and also enough space to spend time together. The playroom was a special highlight.

- one armchair is completely broken, and another has a slight abrasion on the armrest
- several slats are missing from the vertical blinds
- there are frayed edges on the very good blackout roller blinds
- mold stains in the joints of the glass block wall in the shower
- one headrest of the whirlpool is broken (however this could have happened)
- the foldable laundry rack has a loose rod and a few missing rods
- the ping pong table has many imperfections on the actual playing side, possibly it was used outside, the underside is fine
These are not major issues, which is why I give an overall good to very good rating, but it would simply make a better impression if these issues could be addressed.
