Cozy holiday home near the beach (approx. 200 m walking distance), with a large property. Lots of lawn area, but no play equipment for children. A small playground is about 300 m away. The house itself is well-equipped, but WITHOUT Wi-Fi!!! The kitchen includes among others: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator (without freezer), kettle, and coffee maker. The settlement is a pure holiday home settlement. Legoland is about 2 hours by car away. Positive: Very well-equipped kitchen Cozy living room with fireplace and DVD player Small but nice bathroom with shower Beautiful, large terrace (partially covered) Nice beach (stony and many shells) Great view, hillside location (water about 50 m in a straight line, beach about 200 m away) Quiet location (no heavy car traffic, not much tourism) Other nice beaches relatively close, e.g. in Lyby (about 20 minutes by car) Negative: Property without play equipment for small children NO WIFI!!! No grocery store / kiosk nearby Recommendations: Beach Lyby with restaurant and small restroom

Equipment very good, property very well maintained, good location. As for the CLEANING, no dust. All windows are covered with spider nets on both sides, totally dirty. Very many flying moths, kitchen cabinets outside on top, years of dirt. Grill very dirty, good TV, no German programs. In heavy rain, it rains through next to the chimney. The house must be renovated and sanitized. Coffee machine totally clogged (not used) as well as grill. Over twenty years we have booked houses, we were not so disappointed.
