A holiday home with a view of the sea. This house is perfect for those looking for a house with a great location. There are stairs / a slope down to the garden, thus the house is not suitable for walking impaired. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Recommendations: Install the water meter in a way that it is readable without contortion. We are old people (81 and 84) and this time we couldn't manage to read the numbers correctly. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The little house smelled of sewage. The dishwasher didn't work, the TV didn't work either, nor did the radio. The refrigerator was in a state of disrepair. No items could be placed in the door anymore. The blackberries were growing through on the terrace. The outdoor chairs were tied together with zip ties and were wobbly. The shower was shabby; an iron cover plate spontaneously fell out of a hole. The hole caused even more stench. The mattresses were old and worn out. You could feel the iron framework. A mattress was also dirty. The handyman from Dan Entertainment came by and apparently couldn't do anything. Dan Entertainment has not contacted us further, even though I asked for this.

It is a really beautiful cozy house with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and only a short walk across the property to the beach. We felt at home here right away. On the large terrace spanning two sides of the house, you can always find a spot, whether sunny, shady, or wind-protected, and always with a great view. However, the terrace chairs could perhaps be renewed, but the loungers were great. Large living-dining area cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is functional and offers everything you need. Only the bathroom is rather very plain and only for simple needs. Those who are not bothered by this will find a great house with atmosphere and soul in a fantastic location.
