The location, the football field, the beach volleyball court, the surf school, the boat rental and the Geltinger Birk nature reserve were all within walking distance! From the terrace you could even see a bit of the Flensburg Fjord. There is no WiFi, but the sauna works well!

We had booked the house with a dog. It's a shame that the terrace was not enclosed all around like in the neighboring house. We had to leash the dogs when we wanted to use the terrace. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. The shower curtain was unpleasant. A solid shower door would be better.

Nice holiday home. Kitchenette a bit small for more than two people. Great location. Unfortunately, in winter, incredibly high additional costs, as heating is only electric and you have to pay an outrageous 65C/kWh. That added another 40% to our total rental price, and we walked around inside in sweaters the whole time... you get the feeling that the low price is being recouped in a different way. Too bad.

Slight sea view. / No dishwasher but otherwise well-equipped kitchen. / In the living room, we missed a slightly brighter lamp for reading or crafting, but luckily we had one with us... / Bed is relatively uncomfortable, very thin mattress. / Unfortunately, we could not figure out how to operate the underfloor heating in the bathroom, which was quite annoying. / The parking lot was quite muddy despite some lawn edging stones, and the path to the front door is in the dark. / / Additional costs had to be paid in cash before departure. This was not stated in our contract, and we only happened to have enough cash with us.
