The location is right by the Limfjord!! Recommendations: Due to the secluded location, a vehicle is absolutely necessary to get to know the area.

Recommendations: For water lovers, I would drive to Nykobing. There is no sandy beach at the house, only stones and shells. Never without water shoes / If you are a fan of Danish ice cream, you should drive to Glyngore to the harbor.

We really liked the house for the following reasons: old construction (looking for light switches :-), renovated, cozy, everything needed in the kitchen is available, and pure nature. Deer on the terrace. And very important: in a very clean condition. Also the surroundings: the owner places great value on good condition. Freshly painted terrace, unfortunately much washed out again due to rain. But that’s weather. Some old house owners could learn a thing or two from this. Again and again, gladly. Thank you very much. Recommendations: For people looking for action, the house and the surroundings are not suitable. The house and the surroundings are for people seeking peace and relaxation. And that’s what we wanted. It fit. Not to forget, to greet the locals when you meet them. Everything else is up to individual initiative.

The holiday home in Øster Assels was perfect for our family of seven, We loved the spacious living area with its large windows that showcased stunning views of the fjord, The sauna was a wonderful touch for those chilly evenings, and the kids had a blast playing in the sandpit and on the swings outside, We also enjoyed grilling on the BBQ while soaking in the serene surroundings, The nearby Sillerslev Marina is just a short walk away for a lovely dinner, Overall, a relaxing experience that we would love to repeat!

We mainly stayed around the house, otherwise we were at the beach in Nykobing where you can swim wonderfully, and strolling a little in the city. This won't be the last time we stay in this great house!
