Recommendations: In Eydenhaven at the XY gas station, 2 kayaks can be rented, the area is very nice to explore by kayak. In Narestø down by the water, mackerel, small pollock, and cod can partly be caught. There are beautiful hiking trails in the area. Excursions to Oslo and Kristiansand are possible, as well as excursions to the island of Merdø from Arendal.

I loved the space! The living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is decent, but you need a car to reach the main attractions. Overall, I would stay again!

Good value for money! The apartment was really clean and had a nice living area. Free WiFi was fast enough for streaming. The only drawback is that the furnishings are a bit outdated, but I guess that adds to the charm.

This apartment met all our needs. It was very quiet, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy since we brought our dog. The nearby hiking trails were fantastic for morning hikes. Overall, a solid choice for families or small groups.

Very beautiful place to stay, clean and quiet, with comfortable beds. The grill facilities were a nice addition for summer nights. I just wish there were more dining options nearby, but Pronto Pizza is close and it is good!
