Holiday home located on a large, secluded and park-like natural plot by her, just a quick bike ride from the beautiful North Sea. The kitchen is in open connection to a well-appointed living room. There are three bedrooms, all with good beds. There is a 180m2 activity room & # 180; with the following activities: Table Tennis, Billiards, Air Hockey, Ball Pool / Ball Pool, Bob, Darts, Indoor Cushion Swing, Playstation 4 + Gaming Chairs, Slide, Lego, Basketball Challenge, 3 on Strip and Lots of Toys. The cottage has several lovely terraces, which makes the outdoors a natural part of the holiday stay. Lots of activities for families with children and at the bottom of the garden there is an exciting area for outdoor life with a campfire site where you can make puff pastry and two large shelters for overnight stays in the open air. Outdoor activities: 40 m2 climbing frame with swings, slide and suspension bridge, trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance) basketball goal, football bouncer, football goal, play tower for the little ones, pirate ship, BBQ cabin / campfire cabin, 2 large shelters of 4 people and outdoor toilet. New large conservatory with infrared sauna. On the 1st floor large new balcony-terrace with outdoor spa and direct access to the garden from here. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
