This spacious 108 m² holiday home in Bork Havn offers a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation for families or groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and dishwasher, making meal preparation easy. The home has three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—and a bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, and underfloor heating. Outside, enjoy the natural 1,200 m² plot with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and playground items for children. The home also includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump to ensure comfort year-round. For added relaxation, the property offers an indoor sauna and a two-person indoor whirlpool, making it ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Bork Havn and the surrounding Ringkøbing Fjord region. Pets are not allowed, and the house is non-smoking.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

What a gem! The terrace was fantastic for evening barbecues, and the kids loved the playground. We had a few issues with the heating, but the owner fixed it promptly. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
