There is also a need for improvement regarding the wardrobe situation in the small room with the bunk bed. There was no wardrobe or corresponding storage space. This can be easily remedied with a clothes rail and an additional shelf. / / The bed linen was fine in itself. However, fitted sheets would have been better. / / The house is also pet-friendly. However, the final cleaning must be carried out accordingly. Upon our arrival, there were still animal hairs around, so we first had to vacuum the floor as well as the couch.

Excursion destinations: Legoland, Thorsminde the playground / Negatives We were in the office early on the day of arrival to personally collect the envelope with the key and the documents. Unfortunately, when we got to the house, about 20 km away from where the keys were handed over, we realized that we had received the wrong envelope with the key. After we called the service number and said that the office was unfortunately closed and we would not be able to get into the house, we had to drive back to the office and wait for a DanCenter employee who then had to find the right envelope for us in a bad mood. Unfortunately, he did not apologise, but instead accused us of having taken the wrong envelope out of the safe. Even when we corrected him and said that one of the employees had given us the wrong envelope, there was no apology. When we finally got into the house, we first had to clear away the rubbish left by the previous tenant. We also had to wash the dishes first. rinse to use it, On the day of departure there was unfortunately no "how was it" or even a safe journey home from your employee, what a pity, actually we have always known the Danes to be helpful and nice in recent years,

On the day of arrival, we were early at the office to personally pick up the envelope with the key and documents. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the house, about 20 km away from the key collection point, we realized that we had been given the wrong envelope and key. After informing the service number that the office was now closed and we couldn't access the house, we had to drive back to the office and wait for a DanCenter employee to reluctantly search for the correct envelope for us. There was no apology from him, and we were even accused of taking the wrong envelope from the safe. Despite explaining that one of the staff members had given us the wrong envelope, there was still no apology.

When we finally entered the house, we had to clean up the previous tenant's trash. We also had to wash the dishes before using them. On the day of departure, there was no farewell or safe journey wishes from your employee. It's a pity because we have always found Danes to be helpful and friendly in recent years.
