Hreljin. The holiday home is located on a garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in a garage and on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 cot, TV and air conditioning. Bedroom with 2 extra beds on bunk bed (top), TV and air conditioning. Kitchen with dining area, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and window. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 30% per booking per stay.
