The holiday home consists of two units separated by a courtyard. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 6 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool size: 16 m².

Attic: Bedroom with 1 double bed.
Ground floor (separate holiday apartment): 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, fridge and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate WC with WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 30% per booking per stay.
