The property is situated in a lively area, in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. Shared property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.
