Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, die Gegend hat im Allgemeinen eine Menge zu bieten - von den Bergen über die Strände bis hin zu den Kulturstätten und pulsierenden Städten. Theodoros war sehr nett und hatte solide Empfehlungen für lokale Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Pool war an heißen Tagen offensichtlich ein Segen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Iliana is a truly pleasant and comfortable vacation rental that had everything we required. Theodoros was an extremely hospitable host who had provided ample food and drinks for our initial days. He also offered excellent recommendations regarding restaurants and attractions in the area. The pool and air conditioning were lifesavers during the August heatwave. We explored charming villages, Thessaloniki, the Olympus mountains, the coast, and even ventured on a day trip to the Meteora (a 2-hour drive but definitely worth it).

Amazing place! The house is gorgeous, the garden even more and the pool fantastic. We were two families, 4 adults 2 children (11 and 9) and 2 chihuahuas and we had an awesome time in this villa. The kids (and not only) really enjoyed the pool which has a generous size and is pretty deep at both ends. The house has everything you need and more. The surroundings are very quiet, there are several great reataurants near by and if you like to bbq as we do, there is a fresh fish market and a butcher shop pretty close. Teodor, our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. One of our favorite, we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

The villa was amazing and had everything we needed. As we went in the off-season we found it pretty quiet which i suppose can be a good or bad thing. Would definitely recommend hiring a car to get to some of the surrounding places but not necessary if your intentions are to stay at the villa and go to the beach (40 mins walk).

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, μεγάλο, καθαρό, καλαίσθητο με αυτονομία και ησυχία. Εξοπλισμένο πλήρως με αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια και τηλεοράσεις σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Ο κήπος με τα λουλούδια και η τέλεια πισίνα ήταν απόλαυση. Δυστυχώς ο καιρός λίγο μας τα χάλασε, αλλά ο οικοδεσπότης μας είχε φροντίσει να μη μας λείψει τίποτα ακόμη και βιβλία, παιχνίδια και μουσική. Από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες μας και ο καλύτερος οικοδεσπότης. Θα θέλαμε κάποια στιγμή να το επισκεφθούμε ξανά και να μείνουμε λίγο παραπάνω. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα.

Perfect house with everything that you could possibly need (and much more). Since our family loves privacy, the house and timing was perfect for us.House is in the middle of small lets say complex of similar houses. We were more or less alone, so it was perfectly quiet. House was full with food, fresh fruit, flowers, stuff for the pool, every game you might think of, books etc. Pool is priceless! Everthing else is reachable by the car (beach 5-7min, lidl 10-15min). More beautiful and less crowded beaches are 30min away, when you pass Neoi Poroi, lots of small charming villages. Great experience! We recommend it! :)

This was an amazing location….great place, pool, hot tub, space enough for several families…Teo (not Jan Von) was our great host. but the weather was horrible. Cold, Rain, wind…absolutely horrible. La maison est juste magnifique tout était parfait. Elle est très bien situé entre mer et montagne juste magnifique. Elle est très bien équipée vous n'avez rien besoin d'acheter. La piscine très bien et le jacuzzi aussi. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée ont été au top. Theodoros est d'une gentillesse et toujours disponible si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, grâce à lui le séjour à été encore plus merveilleux. This place is pure heaven!!! Everything was amazing! Thedoros has the house stocked with everything imaginable- he received us with a stocked fridge, fruit milk bread cakes , there’s sugar coffee machine, microwave, toaster , cleaning stuff, loads of towels, just everything! The house is spotless and Theodoros is so welcoming , he has printed out directions to beachside, restaurants and site seeing that is close, all the house is air conditioned and fans, pool is impeccable, there was also a cleaning stuff when we were there. Beds are very comfortable, 5 minutes to great beaches, 8 minutes drive to the big Lidl supermarket, there are also small ones 2 minutes away. We had a little trouble finding the place but managed it after some effort and theodoros was available on phone to help. It’s more beautiful then the pictures Had bbq with the gas bbq - amazing! Lots of out door furniture to rest and sit ,very quiet neighbourhood, just perfect . We can’t wait to come back Thanks Theodoros for being the perfect host!

Een zeer compleet huis, zowel in de keuken, als in de speelkamer met allerlei spelletjes en zelfs Netflix. Buiten was het zeer aangenaam vertoeven in de mooie bijgehouden kleurrijke tuin. Genoeg plekjes rondom het huis om te zitten. Kamers waren mooi en schoon, de badkamer/douche boven was door het schuine dak echter wat klein voor volwassen, maar was zeker geen issue voor het verblijf. Genoeg handdoeken en zelfs badjassen waren aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader.

Il était extrêmement serviable et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous avosn suivis ses recommandations pour trouver des plages et des restaurants à proximité. La maison était suréquipée, climatisée partout, d'une propreté impeccable. Il y avait beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants, un jaccuzi, plain de serviettes. Il y avait même des médicaments et des lotions contre les moustiques, des lingettes démaquillantes et etc. Il avait pensé à tout ! Le cadre de la maison était exceptionnel- de la verdure, un vue à couper le souffle ver le Mont Olympus et les oliveraies. Le jardin était très bien entretenu, avec des fleurs multicolores et du mobilier de jardin de bonne qualité.La piscine était très propre et chaude et les enfants s’y prélassaient toute la journée. On n’avait pas envie de partir.

Such an awesome product! Our vacation at Villa Iliana was a dream. Already on the first day, we were overwhelmed when the good Theodoros showed us the house with everything included. It was very well maintained, he filled the fridge for us, and on top of that, he invited us to eat at a seafood restaurant. Also, the house has a very nice location. On one side the sea with beautiful and clean beaches, and on the other side, Mount Olympus. Furthermore, many small villages where you can stroll around and eat well. You won't get bored there. We couldn't have imagined a better vacation, absolutely recommended.

We spent three wonderful weeks at the Iliana house. We were warmly welcomed by the landlord. He explained everything to us in detail and we had no problems during our stay. The fridge was generously stocked when we arrived. The highlight of the house is of course the swimming pool, which was regularly cleaned. The nearby beaches (Skotina, Leptokaria, Plaka, and Galeria) are well maintained but unfortunately have rocky shores. We always drove to the long sandy beach in Nei Pori (about 10 minutes by car) with good and affordable facilities. The Lidl supermarket in Leptokaria is relatively easy to reach and has everything you need (including regional products). Overall, we can highly recommend the Iliana holiday house.

We spent our holiday in May/June 2017 as the first guests in this incredibly beautiful house. Everything was simply perfect and Theodoros was a wonderful and attentive host. He provided us with everything upon arrival: food, drinks, etc. We have been to Greece many times, but such a great accommodation/villa is unparalleled. There were 5 adults in this house and despite initially bad weather, we did not get on each other's nerves as there were enough alternative options (3 terraces) and games available. Some hotels would be envious of such a large pool and the surroundings of the villa below Mount Olympus were incredibly beautiful. However, you need to be mobile to find good taverns and beaches. Theodoros was always available and attentive to all questions. An ideal place for extensive hikes as well. This definitely was not our last stay in this beautiful house. Beautiful villa that leaves nothing to be desired! Unrestricted recommendation! We spent about 10 days there with our 1-year-old twins and 2 other family members and felt completely at ease. The landlord is incredibly warm and takes very good care of his guests, including restaurant recommendations and excursion tips. The house offers the highest comfort, the green areas are lovingly maintained, and the pool is unmatched. The extensive property offers several covered terraces, which was very pleasant for us with small children. Due to its somewhat secluded location in a quiet residential area, you definitely need a car. But you have peace and a magnificent view of the Olympus Massif. In addition to beautiful beaches and sometimes somewhat crowded seaside resorts, the surroundings offer charming excursion destinations in the mountains. We really felt incredibly comfortable and can easily imagine coming back.

The villa is amazing, so well-equipped and to a very high specification. Check-in with Theodoros was smooth, he is so friendly and helpful, and the welcome pack was fabulous. We didn't need to rush out to the supermarket as we had all the provisions we needed to settle in. The villa is in a peaceful area with spectacular views of the mountains particularly from the main bedroom. It was great waking up, opening the curtains using the remote control and seeing that amazing view. Also knowing that as the windows are mirrored nobody could see in. The outside area is fabulous too with various places to sit either in the sun or shade whichever is the preference. The pool is lovely, larger than it looks in the pictures and so well-maintained. The local area is rural but the village is a 2 minute drive. We used the electric bikes provided to visit the local supermarket and butchers several times during our stay. You do need a car to explore the local area. We used Theodoros information and recommendations many times and really enjoyed exploring the area and visiting restaurants. He was very attentive, checking if we were OK when Storm Daniel hit the area. We were advised to stay indoors by a government message which could have spoiled our stay but as the villa was so well-equipped including a pool and football table and jacuzzi, that we relaxed and actually enjoyed ourselves. This is by far the best accommodation we've stayed in and it was a pleasure ti spend time there. We would not not hesitate in returning and recommending this villa to anyone

A really great house, where we would have liked to stay forever. We spent 16 days in the house and everything was to our complete satisfaction. It was wonderfully quiet and we enjoyed it very much. The property is very well maintained, but the staff (pool man and gardener) were very considerate and did their tasks independently and unobtrusively. We changed the laundry ourselves at our request, it was picked up and brought back. Everything was perfect. We can't think of anything to complain about at all. Since the landlord had already explained everything to us well on the first day, we already knew the area and had no problems, we did not need to contact him again until the last day. For next year we have one of the Greek islands planned, but otherwise we will gladly take this house again. Top!

Due to its somewhat secluded location in a quiet residential complex, you definitely need a car. But in return you have peace and quiet and a wonderful view of the Olympus massif. The surrounding area offers beautiful beaches and sometimes somewhat overcrowded seaside resorts as well as lovely excursion destinations in the mountains.
We really felt incredibly comfortable and can well imagine coming back.

There were 5 of us in the holiday home. With our little daughter, 2 years old. Everything is beautifully furnished. The garden and pool are perfectly maintained. Everything is available, even two baby beds, everything for the washing machine, even a first aid kit that is well stocked. The owner Theodoros also takes good care of you, gives you tips for restaurants and helps where he can. Even our fridge was sufficiently stocked for the first few days. The kitchen in general leaves nothing to be desired as everything is really available. The terrace invites you to stay and is very cosy. We will be back and had a very good rest. Beautifully situated, with a view of the mountains (in the shade in the morning), or towards the sea (in the shade in the evening), very nice welcome from the landlord. Regular garden and pool maintenance. Nice tavernas on the beach, although for us these were only accessible by car, even though bicycles were provided on site. We were very satisfied and can only recommend the house. travelled as a family with one child (four years old).

Very nice house and great communication with the owner. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could dream of to ease the vacation. The outside pool was too cold, but i‘ve expected that for early november. Therefore the indoor hottub was well used, althought takes a bit of study of the manual provided by the owner in order to run it. There are some wild dogs (and cats) around. They are totally friendly and we were never barked at, but they are also very stubborn and dont fear cobtact to strangers at all. Since they jump the front gate with ease, smaller kids shouldn‘t remain outside alone as far as my sense of security goes. I can‘t judge the situation during summer tho. Other than that, the suggestions togo nearby and general sourrundings were very nice. Breathtaking views on mount olymp, short drives to various rather empty beaches (in november) and some lovely cultural sites give lots of opportunities to explore. Also lots of restaurants are within 10-15 min drive, as are larger supermarkets. We did not check the local convenient store tho. We‘d love to come back - hopefully a bit earlier in the year to fully enjoy the lovely, clean and large outdoor pool. Thanks again to teodoros for everything. Best regards

Very well maintained house with pool.Landlord very friendly and helpful.On arrival felt refrigerator for the first day.For children many games available (also for parents).
For a nice holiday everything is available in the house.So as in the pictures it is also really.Pool is regularly maintained and cleaned.We have filled there very well.
We would go on holiday there again.

We (2 adults and 3 children) were simply thrilled. Perfect house where nothing is missing.
The pool was perfect.
Theodoros does everything to make his guests feel comfortable.
After all the years in Greece it was the best accommodation we ever had.
