and leads directly into the hallway. Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (4 hobs), refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Living room with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa, TV and access to the balcony (6 sqm, garden furniture, parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 30% per booking per stay.
