Description

Spacious holiday flat 75 sqm, located on the south-facing slope, with a beautiful panoramic view. This apartment is furnished in a rustic/modern style and offers space for 4 people, possibly plus a small child.
The flat consists of a cosy living room, two bedrooms, a modern fitted kitchen with sitting area. 1 bathroom with shower and WC. You can also use the terrace and a garden area.
In the living room there is a large flat screen TV (SAT-TV), DVD player and a CD music system
The fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher
Coffee maker and warming jugs (Emsa) are standard.
Electric bread cutter and egg boiler, toaster and kettle are also available.
A washing machine in the bathroom makes your stay easier.
The holiday flat does not have a fixed parking space, but the holiday village itself offers sufficient parking space in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

Pets: 1 dog allowed on request (no cats, due to allergies of the owners)
The flat is equipped with gas heating, which also provides hot water.

The flat is on the ground floor and is handicapped accessible

On the terrace/garden there are sun loungers as well as garden furniture and a mobile outdoor barbecue.

Above the holiday village there is a riding stable with the possibility to book riding lessons/rides.

The holiday village at Hohen Bogen is located approx. 10 km from Bad Kötzting, in the holiday region "Lamer Winkel". The villages of Hohenwarth and Arrach can be reached in approx. 3 km. Hohenwarth has a regional railway connection (Oberpfalzbahn). The holiday home is located on a south-facing slope with a large sun terrace. The holiday village has its own bathing lake where you can refresh yourself and go tubing.
