The 125 sqm apartment 1 on the ground floor offers plenty of space for 5–10 guests (up to 25 guests are possible). From the conservatory and the covered wooden terrace you have a fantastic view over the river to Willibaldsburg. The garden invites you to relax and unwind – feel at home from the very first day! The river offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, boating, and observing nature (ducks, swans, kingfishers, beavers, fish . . . ). The garden house by the river offers a sauna and space for 2 overnight guests.
Apartment 1 has 3 bedrooms with 2, 2, and 5 beds and space for additional extra beds. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers seating for 10 around the kitchen table. In the living room there is a wood stove for cozy winter evenings. Apartment 1 now has a new winter garden with up to 20 seats, a new bathroom, and 3 instead of the previous 2 bedrooms. And it is now wheelchair accessible.
The 65 sqm Apartment 2 on the 1st floor... OG, suitable for 2-8 guests, has 3 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, and a covered balcony with evening sun, castle view, and direct access to the garden.

The Burgblick holiday home is located in the Altmühltal on the outskirts of Eichstätt in the district of Marienstein, directly on the river and the Altmühltal cycle path.
The large garden is directly on the river, there is a wooden deck with steps into the river for bathing, and a jetty.
The Altmühl cycle path and hiking trail 7 lead directly past the garden. You can fish directly from the garden, fishing permits can be arranged.

We will be happy to make you a binding offer if you let us know when and with how many adults or children up to the age of 11 you would like to be our guests. Great short vacation
We were able to spend beautiful days at the holiday home "Burgblick" in perfect weather - ideally suited for a large group (we were 15 people). A great view of Willibaldsburg, whether at breakfast in the winter garden, on the terrace, or in the garden. The absolute highlight for the kids was the private dock: paddling in the canoe/canadian and rowing boat on the Altmühl.

Great accommodation with many possibilities for nature lovers
Absolutely recommendable! Top location in the Altmühltal directly on the river. Great view of the castle from the conservatory. Large garden with fireplace, barbecue, swing, trampoline...
Beautiful hiking trails directly on site, bicycles to rent and a highlight are the canoes in the accommodation, which are free to use

Very nice holiday flat with a great view
It is a very nice flat with enough space and a great view. We also used the sauna and the boats, which were great extras. Communication with the landlord was smooth and very pleasant - highly recommended!

Lots of space for the whole family and a great garden right on the Altmühl.
Beautiful large apartment on the first floor, great view from the balcony of the castle, unfortunately located on a busy road. Dreamlike garden right on the Altmühl river, with a trampoline and tree swings for the children. A rowing boat and a canoe are available at our own small jetty (life jackets are provided), so we have made great trips on the Altmühl river. New sauna in the garden with direct access to the Altmühl. Barbecue and campfire possible for a firewood fee.
The beautiful surroundings invited us to go for walks and bike rides (bicycles can be rented from the landlord, bike path right on the property).
The castle with natural history museum and the city center with the cathedral and many shops offer beautiful excursion destinations.
Bakery is 200m away, shopping facilities and restaurants in the village and surroundings are available.
