You will find our house "Am Wasser" with carport and storage room in a quiet location. The property has a size of 800 sqm. All windows have shutters, fly screens are installed in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Living room, bathroom and hallway are tiled, in the bedrooms laminate flooring is laid (no carpet flooring). The shower in the bathroom is at ground level, warm feet are provided for in this area with underfloor heating. Dishwasher, fast WLAN (16 Mbits) and a washing machine - without coin-operated machine - are a matter of course.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
In summary: a house suitable for allergy sufferers, suitable for senior citizens.
Please note that there are only adjoining rooms in the attic of the house, these are not occupied.

The master bedroom has a double bed (bed size approx. 160 cm by 200 cm) with two single mattresses, a guest bedroom has a loft bed (lying surface each times 200 cm). Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe.

Max. Max. occupancy 4 persons and 1 child in a travel cot.

High chair and a travel cot are available. A shower stool can also be provided if required.

The media centre consists of: SAT TV, radio, DVD player and WLAN.
