Description
The very well-maintained dune house is on one level and offers 60 sqm of living space, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a cosily furnished living room with a comfortable, fully equipped kitchenette.
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. In the living area there is a high-quality couch. There is also a walk-in wardrobe in the house.
Satellite TV with all German channels as well as a music system and internet are also part of the equipment. The holiday home has an approx. 60 sqm fenced garden with a south-facing terrace. Garden furniture and parasol are included in the rent. In the complex there is a playground and a supervised and heated pool.
The house has its own parking space right by the house.
Bredene is situated between Ostend and De Haan, only 25 km from Bruges. Ostend with its fishing port and marina is only a few kilometres away. Here you have all the shopping possibilities. There are quaint pubs, ice-cream parlours, inexpensive restaurants for a snack between meals, as well as feudal restaurants with the upscale culinary offerings of Flemish cuisine. The old Flemish metropolises of Bruges and Ghent, with their historic old town and cultural offerings, also invite you to visit. The nearby beach has no promenade but natural dunes and at the entrance to the beach, the Hippo Beach, a beach café. Further along the beach towards the east end is the Twins Club right by the sea. The Kusttram runs along the whole coast, so you have the opportunity to get to know the whole coast comfortably without having to drive your own car. Ostend invites you to go shopping with its numerous shops. In Bredene itself, there is an Aldi, Colruyt, Lidl and also a Delhaize, which means that shopping is possible nearby.

Cancellation terms:
When making a reservation, 50% of the rental price must be paid as a deposit. The remaining costs are due four weeks before the start of the trip. If the reserved trip is not commenced, the deposit will only be refunded if the reserved period can be rebooked. After this date, no refunds are possible. If entry into the country of entry or the vacation country is not possible according to legally mandated COVID-19 measures, we offer our guests the option to find an alternative date together. If this is not possible, we will refund the payments made up to that point.

Holidays with a dog over New Year's Eve
Here is a very relaxing vacation possible in a well-equipped holiday home, even if it is cold outside. The path to the beach is easily manageable on foot. We enjoyed the peace!

Beach vacation with family and dog
Very nice house, it lacked nothing.
Great landlords, very friendly, immediately reachable.
My 11-year-old grandson was so happy, the beach, mini-golf, shopping opportunities, everything super accessible on foot.
We would love to come back.

Short vacation
We spent a week in this beautiful house, we liked it very much and can recommend it 100%. The house is well-equipped, our dog also felt very comfortable, the fenced garden was perfect, the area is great, the beach is enchanting... We would love to come back, even for a longer stay! Best regards.
